Chapter 17

"You're cute."

Nangunot ang noo ko nang marinig ang sinabi niya. He was just smiling and looking at me while I prepare the table.

"I'm not cute. I'm gorgeous, though." pagbubuhat ko ng sariling bangko.

"No, you're cute." pamimilit niya.

"I'm not a baby so, I'm not cute." sabi ko.

"You're my baby." banat niya.

I glared at him. I don't know why I'm pissed too. Maybe because he's too corny or maybe because he makes me blush everytime he says something sweet.

"Stop it, will you?" banas na tanong ko.

"Why? You're enjoying it." he said.

"I don't!" singhal ko sa kanya.

"You don't but you blush?" he said and raised a brow.

"Shut up!" I hissed and just started eating.

Tumawa lang siya sa naging reaksiyon ko. Sinamaan ko siya ng tingin kaya nanahimik na siya at nagsimula nang kumain. Kaunti lang din naman ang binili namin kaya mabilis lang ding naubos. I helped him fix the table before putting the dishes on the sink.

"I reheated the foods so you should wash the dishes." I said and cutely smiled at him.

"Wow. Kung maka-utos ka parang nagluto ka talaga ah. Ni-reheat mo lang naman ah!" angal niya kaya tumatawa akong umalis roon at pumunta sa salas.

Umupo ako sa couch at hindi pa man nag-iinit ang inuupuan ko nang tumayo na naman ako para maglibot. Hindi ko nagawang magtingin-tingin dito nang una kong punta dahil mas importante ang pinag-usapan namin noon, ganon din kanina.

"You don't want to watch Netflix?" tanong ni Adler galing sa kusina, kakatapos lang maghugas.

"Nah, it's almost 7:30." I said after checking my phone.

He looked at the clock on the wall and muttered a curse.

"Your mom might looking for you now." aniya na bahagyang natataranta.

"It's alright. She's out of the country for three days since yesterday. Though kailangan kong umuwi dahil gabi na and Manang Edna might be worried now." sagot ko.

"Alright, come on. I'll take you home." he said before picking his car key from the coffee table.

Sumunod ako sa kanya palabas bago niya isara ang pinto ng unit at sabay kaming naglakad papunta ng elevator. He let me enter first before following and pressing the ground floor. Nang makababa ay saglit niya akong iniwan sa lobby at pumunta sa parking para kunin ang sasakyan. Nang pumarada ang sasakyan niya sa harap ko ay mabilis kong binuksan ang pinto ng shotgun seat at agad na naupo. Tahimik kaming dalawa sa byahe pero hindi naman nakakailang dahil nagpatugtog kami, siya rin ang nagsabi para iwas ilang daw. We came home at almost 8 o'clock because of traffic. I was about to open the door and get out when he grabbed my wrist and leaned closer to me. I was shocked when I felt his soft lips touching mine. He held my neck to angle my face so he could kiss me better. I closed my eyes when he pushed his tongue inside my mouth, savouring me. I unconsciously held his arms when I felt his hands caressing my waist.

"Hmp!" I hissed when he deepen the kiss.

Tumigil lang siya nang halos mawalan na kami ng hininga. Pareho kaming humahangos habang nagkadikit ang nga noo. I didn't wait too long and heard him cursed again.

"Oh, fuck!" aniya at inis na sumandal sa upuan.

He looked down at his crotch and ruffles his hair, annoyed now. I laughed loudly after looking down and saw a bulge between his tighs. He sighed and faced me.
