[episode 19: Dream on]
*+:꒰◍•ᴗ•◍꒱:+*
SOME GUY came in to talk to the Glee Club about dreams or whatever. But M/n already knew what he was going to do. He loved photography, though sometimes he did consider acting.
"Okay guys, this is Mr. Ryan, he's a member of the School board, and he would like to say a few words."
Mr. Schuester nodded and as Mr. Bryan Ryan was about to begin speaking, he stepped back into his same position.
"I-I just want you to listen critically and know that what he's saying is just one of many opinions."
Mr. Ryan nodded as he turned back to the students.
"Take out a piece of paper." He ordered, to which everyone indeed took out a piece of paper.
"On that paper, I want you to write down your biggest dream."
Everyone wrote down what they wanted to be, and m/n didn't even take a second.
Not even six seconds later his and Artie's paper was ripped away and thrown into the trash.
"Your dream is never going to happen."
Everyone's mood dimmed as their frowns deepen.
"91% of you will sped your entire lives living in Allen County ohio."
"So unless you wrote down that your dream was to 'work for a mid-market health insurance provider' or 'find an entry level jobs in an elderly care facility' you're going to be disappointed."
"This is really depressing." Mercedes whispered.
"I'm going to guess that a lot of your dreams had something to do with 'showbiz'!"
"Well let me tell you, showbiz dreams are the most unrealistic ones of them all."
"But, that's what I want to do with my life." Tina stated.
"Oh, look, I'm not trying to hurt your feelings. I'm just trying to spare you the disappointment.-"
"I think we get your point." Mr. Schue sighed.
"Ah, Schuester here's a prime example." Mr. Ryan nodded as he began.
"He used to have that glimmer of hope in his eyes that I can see right now in all of yours. But he couldn't make it happen for himself, so now he has to try and convince you all that you can."
"Well guess what. His dream didn't work out."
"And neither. will. yours."
"Okay you're done here."
M/n was still upset of what Mr. Ryan said. He knew that almost everyone in the room would make big stars of themselves one day.
But Mr. Ryan was right. Most of the dreams of the people in this room wouldn't even make it off the table. But that never meant it was time to give up. ]

M/n did a lot more research and he was pretty confident. Photography was something he'd really enjoy doing, but maybe he could also do something on the side in case that photography didn't pay as well.
He wasn't sure yet, but he was excited about it.
He walked into Glee practice with a smile on his face.
He really enjoyed the idea of photography and film making was fun aswell.
"I have good news guys, I siphoned off the funds from the Cheerios and I took a little shopping spree through the jazz hands catalogue you know why?" Mr. Ryan asked.
"Cause the arts matter. And I got custom-made New Directions jean jackets!" Mr. Ryan pulled out a jean like material and held it up.
M/n ran up to snatch it from his hands and put it on his body. He showcased it to Kurt who held up a thumbs up and grabbed one for himself.
"And some rad takeaway dancewear!"
"And! Every piece of sheet music from every broadway show for the last 50 years! Everything a show choir needs to become champions!"
"Wow, that's just amazing! Let's give it up for Mr. Ryan."
Every started clapping for him.
"Well congratulations Will." A voice called out from the doorway.
"I'm over the moon for you." Sue smiled.
"Thanks Sue. I'm glad you have a good attitude about your budget being cut."
"No, no. I'm not talking about that. I can river here to congratulate you on your new role. Local director, Herb Duncan, does the dry cleaning for the Cheerios, and he let slip that you just landed the lead in Les Miz!"
"Congratulations. Oh! I'm ecstatic! And the good news just keeps coming cause you got a part too, Bry." Sue pat Mr. Ryan's shoulder.
"The exciting role.. of Townsperson."
"And you get a line too! Way back here in the second act you get to say.. 'Hooray'." Sue held out a pamphlet and showed them.
"Oh congratulations you too, I can't wait for opening night."
Sue pat their shoulders and walked out of the room after causing chaos.
Mr. Schue looked at Mr. Ryan with guilt. Mr. Ryan walked up to Kurt and snatched the jacked from his hands, he was about to grab it from m/n but he actually looked good in it so he let him keep it.
"Congratulations Will. You're going to be great in the show."
"Can we talk about this-"
"There's nothing to talk about. I'm cutting the program." Mr. Ryan said.

"Alright guys, listen up. Tina has something she wants to share with all of us but first I have an announcement to make." Mr. Schue catched the football that some fo the guys had been messing around with.
"You've all been reprieved. Bryan Ryan isn't cutting Glee." Everyone clapped, relieved that they didn't have to worry about what they'd do with themselves.
"Did he die?" Puck asked.
"No he didn't die. He's going to be distracted for a couple months making his star turn in Les Miz. He got the lead role."
"But I thought you got the lead?" Quinn questioned.
"I resigned." He elaborated.
"It was the price for keeping the club."
"Sorry you had to do that Mr. Schue." Finn apologized.
"I'm not. You know the way I see it, I'm trading my one dream for the chance that all 14 of you might find yours."
"I mean, come on, you can't argue with those numbers. So let's start with Tina's dream, come on up Tina."
"I understand that you whipped up a little dance number for us a breakout that we might use at Regionals."
"You got a dance partner?" Mr. Schue looked at her.
Tina looked at everyone and sighed. "Mike chang."
