㉑ falling apart

[episode 21: Funk]

GLEE MEMBERS rushed to the auditorium as Rachel called them telling them it was an emergency.

Vocal Adrenaline was standing on stage with blue attire. But what struck everyone with shock was the fact that Jessie was up there with them.

"I've transferred back to Carmel High, Rachel. I'm sorry that it's come to this but you guys were awful to me. You never accepted me, you never listened to my clearly superior ideas."

"Why are you here in our auditorium?"

"The blogs and the chat rooms sat that we're finished and you guys are ripe to topple us. We just wanted to show you something we came up with a few days ago to see if you agree with that assessment."

Jessie looked at both Rachel and M/n with a sigh. M/n glared at him and turned away as he stormed out of the auditorium.

M/n met the rest of the Glee club outside of the auditorium as he fiddled with Gorf's arms.

"It's Carmel High tradition. They psych out the competition a few weeks before the big show. They call it a funkification, meaning they show us what they've got and we spiral into a deep black funk."

"Well I'll say, that was pretty funky of them. And not in the good way." M/n scoffed.

Kurt tried to chew up the members but when they walked into the choir room, it was trashed with toilet paper.

"I feel so violated. It's like somebody broke I to our home." Tina complained as they cleaned up the toilet paper.

"Look, it's just a lame little prank. And the fact that they're trying to get to us means that we got them spooked." Mr. Schue attempted to reassure his students.

"Nuh-uh Mr. Schue. They aren't afraid of anything. That number they did was fantastic. Which doesn't make any sense, they had all that equipment, how did they even get in." Mercedes shrugged as she furrowed her eyebrows in confusion while trying to comprehend the situation.

"I gave em all the keys. Helped them do a sound check over the weekend." Sue walked in with a few students from the drafting class.

Sue was talking about punching a wall down while holding a trophy.

Everyone watched as she made bragged about winning the competition, without having even won yet. Knowing her though, it was a good chance.

She told the Glee club that they wouldn't be able to win, their dreams would be crushed to nothing. Well if you couldn't tell, Mr. Schue grew infuriated by this and asked if he could hold her trophy.

"Sure will, hope and dream." As soon as he got ahold of it, he threw it towards the wall causing it to break apart.

"You dropped your trophy sue."
