A couple of years had passed since you had killed Yoonbum and you was living a pretty good life. Not worrying about anything, just chilling.

Your daughter had grown up pretty quickly. She's already 17.
Oh how time flies..

Eun was still the good daughter she always was.
She wasn't like Yoonbum, she never did anything bad. She was perfect.

Today was a special day for you because you was going to meet your girlfriend.

You wanted to refresh and start again with relationships.
But the only problem with your girlfriend was, she looked like Yoonbum.

Of course that was your luck, but you just had to keep telling yourself that it's not him and will never be him.
He's dead forever.

You let Eun take care of the house for a couple of hours while you was gone.

"Hey SooYoung, I'm on my way to meet you now so I won't be long"

"Ah that's good. Once we're done at the park, we can head back to my place. Does that sound good?"

"Yep. Sounds great. I'll see you soon, love you"

And with that, i hung up and made my way to the park.
For some reason, i was nervous and i didn't know why.

It's not like this is my first time meeting her.

After a 15 minute walk, I made it to the park and went over to SooYoung.

"Hey baby, how are you?" SooYoung asked while hugging and kissing me

"Hey, I've been good actually. What about you?"

"Life's been crazy...but it gets like that sometimes you know"

I nodded and played with my fingers as we spoke
"Yeah I understand.."

"Sooo..I was thinking we can get some ice cream, chill on the grass for a while and then head back to my place"

"Yeah that sounds decent"
I smiled and held SooYoung's hand as we walked to the ice cream van

"I'll pay for both of us. What one do you want?"

"I'll have bubblegum ice cream. And are you sure?"
I asked, raising an eyebrow.

SooYoung nodded and smiled "yes I'm sure"

I nodded back and looked down at the floor as she ordered for me and herself.

I thought to myself and remembered what happened 4 years ago.

"Nows not the time to be thinking of that..stop"
I whispered to myself and quickly looked up once SooYoung grabbed the ice creams.

"Here we go. Bubblegum for my sweet baby girl" SooYoung smirked and I felt my cheeks go red

"Thank you sweetheart, you're too kind"
I chuckle and began to eat my ice cream.
