Chapter 6

They got to Simon's house and got out, Tinka followed Simon into his house. "Viper!! come here!" Tinka watched as an almost jet black dog jumped over a fence and ran to Simon, it jumped into Simon and Simon caught it then started laughing, the dog licked Simon's face. "Vi-Viper!!" the dog stopped licking Simon's face. Simon put Viper down and he saw Tinka and barked once at him, Simon was about to tell Viper not to bark but Tinka barked back. Simon was surprised and Viper jumped over and tried to jump into Tinka's arms but couldn't jump high enough and Tinka wasn't trying to hold him.

Tinka looked at Simon. "I didn't know you could bark-" Tinka smiled. "And I didn't knw you could hold what appears to be a maybe 45 to 55 pound dog in your arms" Viper stopped trying to jump into Tinka's arms. "How do you know his weight-!?" Simon was shocked since Viper is around 45 to 55. "I'm used to figuring out how much different things weigh... you are around 190 to 210" Simon was shocked again since Tinka was correct once again.

"Ye-yeah..." Tinka laughed a bit. "Shocked?" Simon nodded, he looked at Viper who was sitting at Tinka's feet staring up at him, Simon smiled and Tinka looked at Viper. "Yes?" Viper sprang up and kinda jumped onto Tinka. "He's very energetic" Simon nodded. "Yep... Viper! food time!" Viper left Tinka and ran down a hall, Simon followed so Tinka did as well.

They got to a kitchen where Viper was waiting at his food bowl, Simon walked over and took the bowl and put food in it while Viper sat there waiting for his food. Simon put the bowl down but Viper didn't start eating, instead he just sat there staring at his food. Simon backed up until he was next to Tinka. Simon quickly whistled and Viper started eating, Tinka was surprised and looked at Simon. "Did you train him to do that?" Simon smiled and slightly shook his head. "Oh, no... I wish I could... my dad did" Tinka nodded.

"Oh, he's really well trained" Simon nodded. They heard footsteps and turned to look where they were coming from, Simon already knew who it was. Simon's dad walked in then froze when he saw Tinka. "Uh- Siny-?" Simon smiled a bit. "Yeah, Dad?" Simon's dad shifted a bit. "Who's the tall guy-?" Simon slightly laughed. "This is Tinka, the guy I work with at the bar" Simon's dad kinda nodded. "o-oh" Simon smiled a bit. "Hello, you are  Simon's dad?" Simon's dad nodded. "Yeah, I'm Linc... you are Tinka?"

"Yes" Linc nodded. "We have work in 2 hours, Tinka" Tinka looked at Simon. "I'm aware of that, Leo had also said that he will be there tonight along with that he would like us to be there a few minutes early due to him giving us our paychecks for his week. based on how far your house is from mine we should leave near 10 to be able to get there with a few minutes to spare" Simon has mostly gotten used to how Tinka talks and thinks so he mostly understood what Tinka means while Linc is completely confused.

"What?..." Tinka and Simon looked at Linc. "Are you confused by my speaking?" Linc kinda nodded. "Ye-yeah... you got most of what needed to be said to be understandable but also left some things without an explanation..." Tinka smiled. "Work?" Linc got confused. "Hm?..." Viper walked over. "He asked what you do for work, Dad..." Linc understood now. "Ohhh! I'm an attorney, why?" Tinka kinda nodded. "Criminal?" Linc shifted a bit. "Yes... why?..." Simon slightly sighed. "Tinka is a criminal, dad... recently got out of his sentence... a month free" Linc was surprised. "Oh! how long did you serve?"

"6 years, I was in prison for 6 years" Linc was surprised while Simon was a bit surprised. "Oh... that's a while..." Tinka nodded, "My crimes actually added up to being 16 years but my brother bailed me out..." They were even more surprised. "What did you do?... I only know 4 and those only add up to about 6 years!" Tinka laughed a bit. "Let's go sit somewhere and I'll tell you guys all of them" they nodded and went into the living room with Tinka following. they sat down, Simon and Linc on the couch and Tinka on a chair, Viper walked over and jumped up onto Tinka, Tinka smiled a bit.

"Crimes?..." Tinka looked at Linc. "Theift, sexual assault, second degree murder, manslaughter, unprovoked physical assault, under age drinking, animal abuse, child abuse... that is all" they were both shocked to hear that Tinka had so many crimes, which he was fully guilty of doing all of them, none were falsely reported to be him. "I only knew about the murders and assaults..." Tinka nodded. "That is because that is all I ever told you and all Leo ever told you... you may ask questions about my crimes" they nodded. "Animal which you abused and how you knew it" Tinka slightly smiled. "Friends dog... same friend which I mentioned earlier to Simon"

Simon was surprised while Linc just nodded. "Name and age of the child you abused and how you knew them" Tinka smiled and Simon got a bit uneasy. "Egan, age of abuse was 5, current age is 12. my younger brother" they were both shocked. "Didn't you say earlier that the only 3 reasons your mother isn't letting you see your younger brother is because of her not wanting you to teach him to be a criminal and to not turn him gay!? what about the abuse>!" Tinka slightly nodded. "Mother abused us, she went to jail for it, lost custody, dad died, mother got custody, I started doing my crimes, I got arrested. Egan denied being abused by me and explained how he was being bullied at school and I had hurt his bullies, I still went to jail for child abuse although the court never found out who I abused"

They were shocked. "I didn't know your dad died..." Tinka kinda nodded. "Killed himself about a year and a half after my uncle died. they were brothers"

Simon and Linc were even more surprised while Tinka was fighting himself to  not cry, he was kinda failing so he looked down at Viper and just petted him, Simon noticed that Tinka looked like he was about to cry so he got up and walked over to him. "Tinka?..." Tinka looked up at Simon. "Hm?..." Simon slightly smiled. "We should probably start getting ready for work..." Tinka nodded. "Yeah..." Simon smiled a bit and touched Viper's collar so he got off Tinka, Tinka stood up, Linc was still not used to Tinka's height so he was surprised at first.

"I need to go  to your truck quickly" Simon nodded. "Kay, here" Simon handed Tinka his keys so Tinka left and went out to hiis truck. "Siny... are you sre it was smart to give him your keys?... and to be near him?... he's a criminal..." Simon is looking at his dad now. "Dad, it's fine. he hasn't done anything since he got out, I'm safe" Linc nodded. "Ok... I'm just worried about you..." Simon smiled. "I know"
