Chapter 20

2 months have passed since Tinka punched Simon, it has also been 2 months since Tinka got Saxe. Simon and Tinka haven't talked much since that day, even though they'd see each other every night during work. Leo has talked to Tinka more and Cai has also been visiting Tinka. Leo doesn't know what happened between Tinka and Simon, Cai does, Saxe knows since he was there when it happened but Saxe never talks about it, it is currently 9 pm and Cai is at Tinka's house.

"So, as you know... our Mother has been put in jail" Tinka nodded. "I am the one who is paying for your apartment now..." Tinka nodded again. "I also have Egan living with me... he has school and I can't always pick him up... my friend has been doing it for a bit but I feel bad making him pick up our little brother... Can you see where I am going with this conversation?" Cai shifted a bit. "Yes"

"So... can you?..." Cai smiled a bit. "Distance?" Cai smiled a bit more. "His school is just 10 miles away from here..." Cai shifted again. "Fastest easy there and back?"

"Car... I found out that there is a bus he can take from school to here, I would just need you to watch him until I'm done with work which is 8... he gets off school at 2:15... I don't know when he'd get here on the bus..." Tinka slightly nodded. "Okay. bus" Cai nodded. "Okay, thank you babe..."

Tinka nodded and he petted Saxe who was asleep on him, Cai looked at Saxe. "Our poor cat has been through so much..." Cai petted Saxe as well."I'm aware... from our childhood to now our adulthood... in just 17 years..." Cai nodded. "Tinka... I've been meaning to ask..." Cai stopped petting Saxe and Tinka looked at him. "About Simo-" Tinka quickly cut Cai off. "No" Cai nodded. "Okay..."

Cai knew his brother wasn't doing that well, he now no longer would take walks like he used to, He has been taking care of his apartment and himself fairly well but more than what he would be normally, Cai has noticed these things since he has been at Tinka's apartment almost everyday and whenever he would ask Tinka what he did for the day Tinka would mostly just say that he hung out with Saxe for the day, he has said that he has hung out with Leo a bit but not much, only about 4 times in the past 2 months.

"Babe... ca-" Tinka cut Cai off. "No" Cai shifted a bit. "I wa-" Tinka cut Cai off again. "No, I don't care what you want to say" Cai nodded. "Can my friend and I visit you at work-?" Cai kinda spoke fast so that Tinka couldn't cut him off. "Sure, after 2 am" Cai nodded. "Do I know your friend?" Cai nodded again. "Yeah"

"Name?" Cai smiled a bit. "You'll know when you see him~" Tinka nodded. "Okay, I should probably start getting ready for work" Cai nodded and picked Saxe up while Tinka got up, Saxe looked at Cai but went back to sleep, Cai put Saxe back down and Tinka went into his room. Wonder how Tinka will react to seeing him again...

Tinka is at work now and so is Simon, it's a bit after 2 am and there is basically no one there. "No- I didn't do that... it was Tinka" Tinka recognized Cai's voice. "No, it was you" Tinka looked over and saw Cai walking over with someone, Simon also saw. "Carter?..." Cai and his friend have walked up now. "Hey" Tinka grabbed Carter and hugged him, Carter smiled and hugged Tinka back. "I told you you'd know who it was," Tinka nodded.

Simon glanced over but didn't interact. Cai looked over at Simon. "Twmffat" Simon didn't think Cai was talking to him so he didn't look over. "Diawl bach!!" Simon looked over and saw that Cai was looking at him. "Me?..." Simon shifted a bit. "Yes"

"Oh... what is it?..." Simon glanced over at Tinka and saw that he wasn't hugging Carter anymore but Carter had made Tinka go down on his knees and Tinka was blushing a bit. Cai noticed that Simon was staring at Tinka so he moved between Simon and Tinka. Simon looked at Cai again. "Mind not looking at my brother?..." Simon shifted. "Sorry..." Simon looked away.

"Tinka!" Cai looked at Carter and Tinka, Tinka laughed. "Yes? You were fine with it a few years ago~" Carter kinda shifted. "You could have asked..." Tinka nodded. "Same for how you could have asked before pushing me onto my knees..."

"Eh, you would got on your knees in front of me all the ti-" Tinka jumped at Carter and pushed him down, Tinka is now pinning Carter down, Carter laughed. Simon can see now. "Upgrade from inside?"

"Shut up horny bastard..." Carter smiled. "Wow, you really never changed... that's good" Tinka kinda shifted. "This is why I killed your brother..." Tinka sat up put was still on Carter and Carter kinda sat up. "Actually... you fucked him to death..." 

"I was drunk-" Carter kinda cut Tinka off. "And 17" Carter smiled a bit. "You're the one who brought it!" Carter smiled more. "But was I the one who sexually assulated someone until they died?" Tinka kinda looked away. "No..." Carter smiled. "Exactly" Cai laughed a bit and Tinka looked over. "You really can't win against Carter"

"Shut up, you also haven't won, I think-" Carter smiled and quickly kissed Tinka then got up. "He has won, just once tho" Tinka also got up. "Oh come on!" Cai and Carter started laughing while Simon was trying not to cry. I guess Tinka moved on... in just 2 months...

Simon looked down at the ground then someone lifted his face up, it was Cai and he was right in front of Simon, it scared him at first. "Damn... what's got you so sad? My brother?" Simon heard footsteps walking away. "Simon... I'd like for you to answer me..." Simon shifted. "Who is Carter?..." Cai smiled a bit and moved his hand off Simon's face.

"A friend me and Tinka have had since we were 7, well... he turned into Tinka's fuck buddy- but that's not important" Simon started to cry. "Oh~ did I make you sad? Miss my baby so much~?" Simon looked away. "Shut up..." Cai smiled. "Why? Don't you miss Tinka? I mean I look a lot like him~"

"Get away!" Cai smiled more. "Ah... that's not very fun tho, Simon~" Simon looked at Cai. "What are you trying to do?!" Cai smiled. "Have some fun" Simon froze for a second and Cai laughed. "Not sex-! You really are dirty minded~" Cai put his hand on Simon's face again.
