Chapter 8

They got to Simon and Tinka's work and saw Leo waiting outside for them, Simon and Tinka got out while leaving Viper in the car with Simon's window rolled down. they walked over to Leo. "Leo" Leo looked up when Tinka said his name. "Oh! you guys are here! I was starting to get worried..." Simon smiled. "It's okay. and I'm okay as well... I brought Viper with in case anything happens and Tinka will be out here with me" Leo nodded. "Okay... I was worried about that as well, but anyways. Here are your guys paychecks" Leo gave both of them their own checks and Tinka put his in one of his pockets while Simon put his in his wallet. "Why do you never put them in your wallet?... I know you have one..." Tinka looked at Simon. "I don't bring it to work with me, safer at home... currently is in your truck" Simon nodded. "Makes sense..." Simon shifted. "I'll be inside if either of you 2 need anything" they nodded. "Kay, bye Leo" Leo smiled. "Bye" Leo walked into the building and Tinka leaned against the wall like he normally did, Simon looked over at him. "Uh, about earlier..." Tinka looked at Simon. "Which event?" Simon shifted. "Um- most recent-" Tinka slightly nodded. "Are you talking about when I got Viper for you?" Simon nodded. "Yeah... sorry about not having a shirt on when you saw me... and that you needed to get Viper for me..." Tinka kinda smiled. "All is alright. It was to help you, nothing more" Simon nodded. "Ok. and about when you asked me to have you be able to see your brothers- may I know their names?..." Tinka kinda turned to look at Simon better. "Cai and Egan," Simon nodded. "Last name?..." Simon slightly tilted his head. "Davies. Same as mine" Simon nodded. "Ok, and what is Cai's age?" Simon slightly tilted his head again. "24" Simon was surprised. "Oh, are you 2 twins?" 

"Yes" Simon smiled a bit. "That's cool, who's older?" Tinka kinda shifted. "Cai. 3 minutes and 46 seconds" Simon didn't expect Tinka to say the exact time so he was surprised. "Oh-" Tinka noticed people were showing up now so they had to do their work, Simon was mostly fine for their shift, it was only when there was 30 minutes left was Simon not doing so well, there was only 5 people left so Tinka did it for them then turned to Simon. "Do you need to sit?... Should I call Viper?" Simon shook his head. "No, it's fine... can I lean against you tho?... the wall isn't helpful..." Tinka nodded so Simon kinda walked over to Tinka and leaned against his side, Tinka moved his arm to kinda go around Simon to help in case he fell or needed help. "There is only 30 minutes left... I also accidentally left my clothes at your place, I can walk to mine after I get my clothes so you don't have to drive too much" Simon slightly nodded. "Ok... and you can just stay at my house tonight... you shouldn't walk around at night..." Tinka kinda nodded. "Okay, I would most likely run home so it would only take me about 10 minutes but that's okay as well" Simon nodded and put his arms around Tinka's waist, Tinka kinda tensed up then looked at Simon. "Are you sure you're alright?" Simon slightly nodded. "Just dizzy..." Simon held onto Tinka tighter. "Then you should sit or lay down..." Simon leaned against Tinka more. "But work-" Tinka quickly cut Simon off. "It's basically over... no one else is coming from what I can see... take care of yourself" Simon hesitantly nodded. "Fine... I don't know if I can wa-" Tinka understood what Simon was saying before he finished talking and picked Simon up, it surprised Simon, he started blushing. "Ti-Tinka!"

"Shh... I'm just going to bring you to your truck, nothing more" Simon nodded and couldn't see where Tinka was walking due to how Tinka was holding him, they got to the truck. "Unlock?" Tinka kinda looked at Simon. "Use the open window" Tinka nodded and unlocked the truck using Simon's opened window and opened the back door and set Simon down on a seat, Simon looked at Tinka. "Stay here... shift is almost over but I should go back... I can't drive so you would need to drive back to your house... just lay down until then" Simon nodded and moved himself back then laid down and Tinka closed the door and walked back to his spot. He stayed there for the 23 minutes left in his and Simon's shift then walked back to Simon's truck and opened the back door and saw Simon laying there asleep while using Viper as a pillow, Tinka smiled a bit. "Simon~ wake up" Simon kinda woke up. "Whattttt?..." Simon looked at Tinka. "You need to drive home" Simon sat up but not very fast and looked at Tinka. "Fine... but I don't think I should stand or walk currently..." Tinka reached over and picked Simon up and then backed up a bit, he opened up the driver side door and put Simon down in his seat then closed both doors and walked around to his side and got in the truck. Simon drove to his house and got out, so did Tinka and Viper. They all walked into the house. "Follow me" Tinka nodded. Tinka followed Simon while Viper went and laid down on his dog bed in the living room, Tinka followed Simon into his room, Simon closed the door. "I can sleep on the fl-"

"With me" Tinka was surprised and didn't know how to respond to Simon saying that. "D-do what?!" Tinka shifted a bit. "Sleep with me on my bed. It will be fine" Tinka kinda glanced away. "But what about-" Simon cut Tinka off. "Shush... just come on" Simon walked over to his bed and Tinka followed. "I won't be explaining what happened to my face... and please forget that you'll see it..." Tinka was a bit confused until Simon took off his eyepatch. Simon had a big scar going over his eye along with 2 not so big but still big scars next to the big one, also over his eye. "Yes, I am blind in that eye..." Tinka was shocked and Simon noticed. "Please stop staring..." Tinka looked away. "Sorry, I just didn't expect it..." Simon nodded. "It's alright. Let's lay down now" Simon got on his bed and laid down and looked up at Tinka. "Uh- I should change out of these clothes-" Tinka shifted. "You can sleep without them if you want... I won't mind" Tinka blushed a bit. "Are you going to sleep in those clothes" Simon kinda shrugged. "Nah... I should take them off... Can I?" Tinka nodded. "You may do whatever you like-" Simon smiled a bit and sat up then took off his shirt then pants and laid back down, he looked at Tinka again who was looking away and blushing more. Simon laughed a bit. "Come on~ It's alright~" Tinka took off his shirt and Simon was surprised for a few seconds. Tinka hesitated but took off his pants as well, he looked at Simon. "Don't ask questions..." Simon nodded. But I want to ask where those scars are from...
