Third POV

The last family that adopted Tommy had abused him terribly. It had gotten so horrible to the point Tommy wanted to give up on life. He never told anyone this because he couldn't trust people easily. He had no friends. He kept being put back in the system and didn't have the will to live. That was, until, Tommy got adopted by Phil. He lived with Phil and his other adoptive sons, Wilbur and Techno. Tommy wanted someone's company but he would always flinch if one of the boys made sudden movements. They thought Tommy didn't want to be around them, so they leave him alone somtimes to make sure he doesn't get scared of them. Tommy eventually got comfortable with them.

Phil and Wilbur would always stream on Twitch, and even though Tommy lived with them, he thought they would prefer if he watched them through a screen than saw them in real life. He spoke to Techno about Twitch, and later became a Twitch streamer. Tommy met amazing people on SMPs he was added to. He grew a liking to Tubbo and Niki. Phil liked watching Tommy's streams, it was how he'd know he was really okay. If he wasn't okay, he wouldn't stream for weeks.

Tommy loved when Niki came over, she's gentle, soft and would always comfort Tommy while being around him. Tommy was loud on stream, but he was quiet in real life and wanted people to be quiet around him as well. Niki's very fond of Tommy and she knows him better than anyone else.

Tommy started stream today and went on the Origins SMP while talking to Phil and Niki in a Discord voice call. Wilbur joined the SMP after practicing on the MCC server. Wilbur was streaming as well, replying to messages attached to donations.

He read the most recent one, "I dare you to scare Tommy like how you used to do with James. Aw, that's so mean."

Not a minute goes by when Wilbur bursted into Tommy's room, screaming, "AH, THE HOUSE IS ON FIRE!"

"FUCKING-" Tommy yelled, throwing his headphones off in surprise from getting jumpscared.

Wilbur wrapped his arm around his own waist, laughing uncontrollably. Tommy, however was on the verge of tears. He stayed out of frame from his camera, so that his chat couldn't see him.

"Will, you know I don't like it when you do that."

Not noticing the emotions splashed on Tommy's face, Wilbur scares him even more.

"STOP IT," Tommy shouted at him.

"Stop it," Wilbur mocked.

"End my stream for me please," Tommy lowered his voice in fear.

"Oh, don't be a pussy, Tommy."

"Why are you being a fucking dick..?"

"It's just a joke," Wilbur said before leaving.

Tommy ended stream, tears rolling down his face.

"What did I do?" Tommy thought, putting his head down on the table. "Maybe he didn't like me. He was just acting like he did because Phil wanted him to. I knew they were too good to be true."

Phil wasn't streaming, he was watching Tommy's stream and knew from the way he flinched and stayed out of frame that he was not okay. Niki was streaming, but started watching Tommy's stream once Wilbur came in. When Tommy had ended his stream, she did too. Niki called out to Tommy, hearing no reply.
