"senku!!" (y/n) allows the horror and shock to show itself on her face. before it morphs it fades into a blank expression, glaring tsukasa down. she picks herself up, and races towards the vegatable haired boy.
"senku!! answer please!" (y/n) felt his body for a pulse. she knelt next to senku's body, desperately searching for any signs of life.
"it's useless." tsukasa speaks. "if it's any consolation, he died painlessly."
"SENKU!!" taiju cries, (y/n) watching the scene unfold wordlessly. she didn't cry, yell, or grief.
realistically, i don't even know him. senku...he was just another person who i barely knew until humanity turned to stone. yet, i feel broken.
"it can't be! you can't die here, senku! there's no way!" taiju shouts, desperate.
"taiju, let me check again. maybe i can see...just let me see. just to be sure," (y/n) says in a low voice.
"there's no need. you can't save everyone (y/n)-" tsukasa begins.
"SHUT UP! WHAT IF I WANT TO SAVE HIM?! WHAT IF I'M A DUMB BITCH THAT DOESN'T KNOW WHEN TO GIVE IN?! you've already killed ishigami senku, so don't you tell me what i can and can't do when i just hope for a goddamn miracle that he's still here!" (y/n) snaps, the tears coming up to her eyes. she holds them in, turning to glare at tsukasa viciously. yuzuriha places a comforting hand on (y/n)'s shoulder, crying with taiju.
tsukasa doesn't respond to (y/n).
"he didn't suffer. I suggest that, as his friends, you give him a proper farewell," tsukasa coldly says. but that didn't sit well for taiju or (y/n).
taiju's grip on senku tightened, and his dark gaze stared ahead.
as long as there is a possibility for me to take yuzuriha hostage, taiju cannot attack me.' tsukasa analyzes. that was the power dynamic. but taiju, if you lose your mind over senku's death and attack me recklessly, then i'll have to kill you as well. so you must calm down.'
"now, (y/n)." tsukasa addressed the girl.

"no, i wish to create a world where only the innocent youths belong; an untainted world free from the corruption of the older generation. senku was trying to bring that old world back, so i had to do what was necessary to prevent that from happening."
"you're just going to kill anyone who gets in your way. as soon as an 'innocent' youth tries anything like senku, you'll behave in the same way as those 'corrupted' old people-- eliminating innocents in their way. hypocritical much, tsukasa??" (y/n)'s eery smile finds its way on her face. tsukasa looks into the distance, and (y/n) chooses to slip the stone knife into her pocket.
