Listen child, I won't always say it but I do love you and although I never heard those words myself but I try and I'll always try,
Because you deserve to get the things I never did, all the love and attention I wished I got but didn't,
And It's hard at times because I never know what to do or how to do it
But always remember child, no matter how you think you see it, I'll always love you in my own little way,
However it may seem.

The things societal ideologies have done to men is just sad, convinced them that strength is only physical and they are not really to blame because these ideologies have been passed down,
I appreciate my dad because even with everything, he tries and in the end I think that's all that matters and we should appreciate them when they try because then they'll want to try more.
