I waited for all you promised me not only by words of mouth but words written down, words I myself made up waiting for you,
You claimed the love you promised was one not just of mouth but one not of this world and stupidly I believed you,
Believed your empty preaches and sweet nothings that filled the air i breath, your vague messages of love with sticky notes and your continuous descending reaffirmations of the love you claimed to bestow,
But in the end it was all my fault because I chose to believe in that love letter that was never going to come.
