On my knees I fall so they think it's over for me, but I've lost too much to remain on my knees,
I've fought too hard to stop on my knees, mama didn't raise me so my fight could end on my knees,
Mama taught me to never stop fighting not even when I'm on my knees, so I continue with my fight, because I know it isn't over yet,
One foot in front of the other because I know my footsteps would eventually poof me to glory.

Life is difficult and there are times when you would feel like giving up and it's normal but don't, you are allowed to rest for a while but always continue because giving up is not an option,
It never was.
