Years we Lost

Elena sat up coughing looking around seeing that she was sitting on a table in the compound. Kol who was standing next to her looked at her he had been worried about her scared that she wouldn't wake up.  And he knew that there was no way he was going to be able to handle losing her."Are you ok?"

She looked around just seeing the originals and Bonnie but she didn't see Aubree or Henrick. She needed to know that they were ok. "Where are the kids?"

Kol understood why she was was worried she had done this to protect them. "At my house."

"He wants to kill them." She couldn't lose them she refused to lose her children.

"Hayley Caroline and Rebekah are their even if he does find them he wont be able to take them." Kol reassured her he knew that them three together Justin wouldn't be able to take them the kids were safe right now.

"He has Aubrees blood he compelled the doctor to take some and give it to him." And knowing that it was going to be the same reaction as when you usued her blood she was terrified she knew what it could do and she didn't want them to die not when they finally become better people. "He is going to try and link you guys together. Take one out take all out."

Freya walked over to her she knew that people had many reasons to hate her family but for someone who was going through all this trouble she knew that it had to be something major. "Do you know why?"

Elena nodded she herself had thought all the hybrids had been destroyed until it took her a minute to realize how much blood Klaus had originally taken from her and it was worth a lot more than 12 measly hybrids. "He was apart of the hybrids Klaus turned he left and tried to go back to his family. But-"

"Hes a hybrid there wolfs they see them as abominations." Klaus knew that Hayley's pack was the same way at first they didn't want her near them because she was part vampire.

Elena nodded even though they all had thought that they had gotten rid of them they couldn't have been more wrong. "Exactly."

Bonnie grabbed a map laying it down she was going to find him whatever it took and they were going to get rid of him whatever it took. "We are going to find him and i am getting rid of him once and for all."

"Bonnie." Elena sighed she knew that her best friend wasn't the happiest with her right now. And she understood why they all just wanted to protect her but her only concern was protecting her children. They were the only ones who were important to her right now she had to save them even if it meant she died in the process.

"We will have this arguement later Elena but not right now." Right now Bonnie wanted to put an end to this bastard. She knew that her best friend had the knack of putting herself in danger. But she almost lost her life and she needed to live for her children. "If you knew that he was a danger to you then you should have never-"

Elena loved her best friend but it was more than her life at stake and they needed to know that. "He was a danger to Aubree and there are more of them finding him won't do anything unless you can find the whole group." And she knew that it was possible but it was also dangerous and they had to understand that these were her children that were on the line to and she wanted to do everything that she could to save them. "We underestimated the number of hybrids and the people that hate Klaus and they are trying to use Aubree to bring us down and it's not happening. We find them we save all of us."

Freya was in deepthought she knew that Elena had a point fighting them one at a time was going to do nothing especially when they didn't know who they all were they had to get to the entire group to do this. "We may be able to."

Everyone turned to look at Freya they knew that Freya was capable of doing a lot of things but they had never tried anything like that. "What do you mean?"

"There are spells for a lot of things we do a spell using the venom so that we can see what he sees." And since Bonnie was able to extract the venom from Elena's wound they were going to be able to do more than track him they could find him and find out exactly what he was planning. "That way we can see where he goes to meet up with them and when so we can plan an attack of our own. Strike before they do."

"Ok."

"The only downside is we have to watch for a pattern and that is dangerous for all of us." She knew that watching and waiting was going to take some time but if they done right they would be able to find out exactly what was being planned. And since he had been into Elena's house they definitely weren't going to be able to send her back there. "Obviously Elena can't go back home he can get into her house."

"She's coming with me." Everyone turned to look at Kol, he had already lost her once and he refused to do it again and he wasn't letting her near him again. He knew that Klaus and his siblings could handle this but he wasn't letting her or Aubree or Henrick out of his sight until everything was alright and everyone was safe. "My place already has protection charms Hope can stay there to if you want that way you know that they can't get to her."

Klaus nodded he would feel better knowing that no one would be able to get to Hope and that his brother and Elena would be watching over her. "That sounds like it would be the best."

Elena looked between them they were already sidelining her and she didn't like it. "Do i get a say in this?"

"No." Kol didn't care if she didn't like it this was what was happening. He would do anything he had to for her.

She looked at everyone else as they just ignored her gaze or backed up. "Traitors." She looked back at Kol she didn't think that it was fair that they all decided they wanted to stay out of this. And it also wasn't fair that Kol was forcing her to stay with him. "Thats not fair."

"I don't care if it's fair Elena you are staying with me we had a deal." He needed her alive he wasn't going to let her die and to keep her alive he had no other choice but to take her out of the fight.

"Aubree and Henrick lives were on the line." When it came to her children any promises become void she'll do anything that she has to protect them.

Freya looked at Elena she knew if they continued they would start arguing. "Elena you up to do this spell."

"It might be better if you just channel me for right now." She knew that she wasn't at her best right now so it was better for her to just let them use her magic.

"Alright then lets get started." Freya smiled she was saving her family she was going to make the people who opposed them pay."You know the best part of this spell we can hear and see everything. So just sit back and watch."

"I didn't know that she was on to me."

"You should have she shouldn't have been able to get found that ruins the plan. Now we have to figure out how to link them without them realizing."

"I can do it."

"And how do you expect to do that you have been made Elena Gilbert isn't going to let you near her or near her children or near her family."

"Elena is out and her children aren't the fondest of her right now."

"And you trust her on that when she had told you that she caught you."

"I made her believe me enough to tell me thngs we are still a go."

"She's the smart doppelganger for all she know she told him what she wanted him to know just enough to make sure he wouldn't question anything."

"Either way this plan has been in motion for once and now that the family is just glad that the twins are getting along again it will be the perfect opportunity for us to strike. We will finally get our revenge."

Of course one thing Elena succeded at was keeping her children and Justin apart and making sure that he thought that they were all at odds with her. Thinking that he left her for dead and not that they were coming after him once and for all.
