Chapter 70

We are all ready to surprise them.

"I'm so excited to see Sandra! Panigurado, madaming ike-kwento 'yun"

"You're right Maya, but! I feel mas mag f-focus muna sila kay Eli"

"I'm so excited na!" Yun na lang ang nasabi ko. Bago pa man sila dumating bigla akong nakatanggap nang tawag mula sa hindi ko kilalang numero.

"Are you alright, eli?" Vinny asked me. At tumango na lang ako.

"I'm going to my room lang.. i'll be right back!" I said and i run towards my room to answer the call.

"Hi? Where did you get my number?"

[WHAT THE HELL DID YOU DO TO YOUR OWN SISTER? WHY DID YOU BUMPED HER AWAY!]

I was too stunned to speak after hearing those loud voice.

"M-mom?" I asked to make it sure of course.

[Wag mo akong ma-mom, mom diyan! Wala kang karapatang pag tabuyan yung kapatid mo Eli! Sana hindi ka na lang sumikat, masyado nang lumalaki ang ulo mo!]

"W-what?? You don't know everything.. you left us remember?? After being a good sister to Sophia ganito ang igaganti niyo? M-ma hindi niyo alam yung hirap namin nung iniwan mo kami at ipinagpalit sa bago mong pamilya."

[Wala kang karapatang sumbatan ako! Gusto mong ipahiya kita sa buong Pilipinas? Umangat ka lang kinalimutan mo na kaming mga tunay mong pamilya]

"Masama na bang sabihin yung side ko? Bakit ma? Nandito ka ba nung panahong nag sisimula pa lang ako sa lahat?"

[Ah, huwag kang umasta-asta nang ganiyan saakin! Kung ayaw mong ipagkalat ko sa lahat na kinakasama mo yung anak ng presidente! At mayroon na kayo anak.]

"W-wag niyo pong gagawin 'yan ma.. nanahimik ang buhay nila, please wag ma. Kahit ako na lang ang guluhin niyo wag lang sina sandro" pakikiusap ko sakaniya.

[Hindi lang naman ganon kadali 'yon, pero kung gusto mo talaga! Pasikatin mo rin ang mga kapatid mo.]

"A-ano po? H-hindi ganong kadali iyon. M-ma naman.. kung pera ang kailangan niyo name it. Pero huwag naman yung pahihirapan niyo pa ako."

[Ay wow.. oh baka namang ayaw mong sumikat ang mga kapatid mo dahil makasarili ka! Ang damot mo Eli, sana hindi na lang kita naging anak.]

Mag sasalita pa sana ako ngunit binabaan na ako ng tawag. Hindi ko alam kung ano ba ang mararamdaman ko.

"S-sandro?" Halos mapatalon ako sa gulat dahil pag lingon ko ay nakita ko si Sandro.

Hindi kaya't narinig niya ang usapan namin ni mama?. 

"Eliiii" and he run towards me. Hindi na rin namin napigilan at nag yakapan na kaming dalawa. "I miss you so, so, so much!"

"I-i miss you so much too." Saad ko at mas humigpit ang yakapan naming dalawa.

"I heard everything" he whispered kaya medyo napabitaw ako.

"U-uhm, nevermind it na lang." Saad ko sakaniya. Pero wala siyang sinabi kundi ang yakapin na lang ako uli.

He is my favorite comfort...

"We are married, Eli and we had our vows right? Whenever you're facing any challenges in life. I'm here, and we will fight it together okay? I've never met your mother.. and as i heard you're to her earlier i know you are really hurt right now"

"L-let's just ignore it." Pag pupumilit kong huwag na lang pansinin iyon. Dahil baka magawan ko naman ng paraan. "And plus.. ayaw ko namang idamay pa kayo ng buong family mo."

"Again, we are married and we are family! So don't be afraid.. siguro much better unahan na lang natin sa pag amin yung mother mo? Para mas maintindihan ng tao"

"I-i don't know.. naguguluhan ako, hindi ko pa alam ang mga gagawin ko. I feel so tired, but at the same time! I'm happy that we got to see each other again.." i said and he kissed my forehead, my cheeks and my lips.

"Don't panic okay? I'm right here.. i gotchu, let's face everyone okay? Don't be afraid"

He calmed me.. until we decided to go out of our room. I badly want to see my girl.

"Mommy!!!!!!" Sandra happily and excitedly called me.

"Gosh, my little girl! I missed you.." i said and i hug her tight plus i kiss her on her cheeks.

I'm so lucky to have them in my life, i feel so tired but i have my strengths,  i have a family not by blood! But by heart..

"I missed you so much too, mom! Hmp i thought you'll stay there forever eh. But i'm thankful that you are here now, by my and by our side. You are the best momma ever"

Those words makes my heart melt... so sweet! Even though earlier i heard such a heart bleeding words.. but thanks to them!

"Of course! I don't want to stay there forever.. i want to be with you forever, and you are the best daughter ever!!"

"I have some pasalubong mom! Dad and i had some shopping there... so we bought you something" she said and she get their pasalubong muna.

And after seeing their pasalubong to me. I'm thankful of course! At naisipan ko munang mag pahangin sa balcony, gusto ko munang makapag isip-isip. Habang busy sila sa mga pasalubong.

"Having some fresh air huh?. Eli if you're thinking about what your mom told you, just please don't."

"I can't stop thinking about that." I said and i sighed heavily. "I feel like i'm always empty.. at bakit parang laging kasalanan ko? Bakit kailangan kong mag hirap palagi? A-am not good? Am i bad person huh? Please answer me."

"No, you're not. You're definitely one of a good person in the whole world, in the whole universe okay? You are almost perfect eli.. don't ask some nonsense question okay?". "You are so loved by so many.. by us your family"

I had my cry session here in the balcony. He comforted me.. mabuti na lang nga at nag tungo sina Maya at Sandra sa play area kaya hindi naman ako nakikita ni Sandra na umiiyak na parang bata.

"I love you... let's face this tragedy together okay?" He said and hug me from my back.
