Ever since Chloé had become mayor, it had been completely chaotic for the city of Paris.
"Are we still doing nothing?" Cat Noir asks his partner.
Lady Luck sighs. "Well, it's ugly, but Monarch had nothing to do with it."

Scene: Pont des Arts.
Adrien walks, filled with determination, towards Kalianna, who is buying an ice cream from André.
"Today's the day. I'm going to tell Kalianna everything," Adrien says.
Kalianna looks at him. "Adrien! Your dad knows the Bourgeois family well. This is a stretch but maybe you could ask him to do something to stop Chloé,"
"Talking to my father won't solve anything. Because right now..." Adrien frowns.
Kalianna does as well. "What did he do?"
"Well, my father is-" Adrien tries to say.
Queen Mayor appears in a helicopter, holding a megaphone. "Hey, you, ice cream man! Did you pay the permit fee to sell your ice cream?!"
"I don't need a permit to sell love in Paris!" André retorts.
"Well, now you do! Otherwise, you'll end up in detention!" Chloé proclaims while she flies away.
André gives his last ice cream to Adrien and Kalianna. "Savor it. It might be my last cone,"
Kalianna grabs the ice cream from André. "No way, Andre! No one can keep you from bringing everyone so much happiness."
Adrien walks to Hiro, who is currently calling Giselle. "You okay, Hiro?"
Hiro sighs. "Giselle was supposed to meet us with Marinette and Ace, but she's not answering her phone, and neither are they,"
Adrien and Kalianna exchange a suspicious look.

Kalianna parks her scooter outside the Dupain-Cheng bakery. As she enters, she sees Queen Mayor lying on top of the counter and eating chouquettes.
"Chloé? What are you doing here? Where's Marinette and her parents?" She demands to know.
Queen Mayor chews on her chouquettes. "In detention! They wanted to make me pay for the chouquettes."
"Detention? What are you talking about? Marinette?" Kalianna looks around. "Mari, where are you?!"
"Oh, you miss her already? Why don't you go join her and her parents... in detention?!" Queen Mayor smirks.
