it was the morning of your fabulous 9 day vacation.
"good morning y/n! you hear from next to you."
"good morning girl! i feel so refreshed today~" you replied
"well.. it's like 1 PM but go off hehe"
"WHAT? OH NO! WHY DIDN'T YOU WAKE ME?"
"you looked so peaceful so..."
you look at your guilty best friend.
"oh come on they had donuts at breakfast today!"
"someone was thoughtful and nice today so she decided to save you one."
"REALLY? THANKS I LOVE YOU BESTIE!"
"hehe no worries! i'm off to the library for a um study date..."
"EXCUSE ME? YOU MET SOMEONE AND DIDN'T TELL ME?"
"NO! I JUST RECEIVED A TEXT FROM THEM!"
"okay then... cya! have fun!" you send your friend off with a smile.
'hmm... what should i do today? it's already 1 in the afternoon and shes probably gonna be gone for the rest of the day...' you think to yourself as you eat your donut on your bed.
'i could visit xiao that new student since he's right next to us...? then again he dislikes people... hmm- who cares! i wanted to befriend him anyways~'
you decide to visit xiao but first you finish your delicious jelly filled donut and get ready.
you put on a beautiful lily white dress your grandma bought you and put your hair up in a ponytail.
'alright! let's go then' you look at yourself in the mirror once more before heading out.
you suddenly feel nervous as you approach xiao's dorm. thoughts like 'why am i doing this again?' and 'oh god what if he slams his door in my face! or yell at me? what am i gonna say anyways?' suddenly emerge from your mind.
you pause but finally knock on his door.
silence.
you knock again but this time if he didn't come you said to yourself you would leave.
silence... wait! is that... creaking?
the next thing you know, the door opens and a beautiful boy stares at you.
"um, hi.. can i help you?" he said with a semi-annoyed look as he eyed you up and down while leaning on his door.
"oh! i'm Y/N, your neighbor.. sorry about my friend yesterday she can be talkative but just wanted to stop by and say hi because my teacher you know, asked me to show you around the school yesterday."
"oh. um alright then why even bother say hi to me? people think i'm scary don't they. tsk judging a book by its cover." xiao rolled his eyes.
"well... i think your okay" you smile at him "wanna go for a walk? i can show you the cafe and stuff-"
"no thanks. i'm good" xiao cuts you off "oh um sorry that was rude thanks for the offer anyways."
xiao closes the door.
'oh wow.. he really is rude' you think to yourself. 'at least he realizes it i guess...'
you spend the rest of the day walking around campus and having some "me time".
