I push the feeling away and ultimately concentrate my gaze on his upper body, which still bears the traces of my lipstick. "You did not remove them?" He smirks and close...

- ROWAN'S POV -
"WHY ARE YOU so smiley today?" Ivy grins as she looks up from her magazine and in my direction.
Rain is curled up on my lap as I stroke my hand through her cute, soft fur.
"No particular reason," I chuckle, tickling Rain's head as my dog barks before plopping her head back down on my lap.
I listen to Ivy chuckle as she examines the magazine in her hands, "Alex said you came home at midnight,"
"Where were you?" She smiles, "With Amaya?"
Despite the fact that she is correct, I scoff at her stupid assumption.
"Yes, we just hung out," I tell her, sparing Ivy once glance to see her mouth drop open.
"Till midnight? Damn, Roro that is something new," My face turns into a glare when I hear her call me that horrible-Horrible nickname.
"Do not ever call me that again," I say with disgust, earning a scoff from her.
"Last time I checked I don't follow orders from you, Roro. Am I right?" She leans her head to the side and pats her lap for Rain to come to her.
When Rain hops from my lap and runs over to Ivy to sit on her lap, I feel betrayed by her actions.
Traitor.
"By the way, my dad came back from his business trip," Ivy speaks and a smile grows on my face.
Her dad-Jason, is my father's brother making him my uncle. He and I have a very close bond.
I remember that when I was only seven years old, he once brought me this enormous drum kit.
"My dad is probably going to organize some boring family dinner then," I chuckle, tilting my head back as I lean my back against the couch.
"Please, those family dinners are fun." Ivy laughs and I sigh before nodding my head.
Uncle Jason made sure to play some loud ass music the last time we had a family dinner; I'm sure people from across the street could hear it.
He is the only person I can say everything to, and he is unfazed by whatever I ask of him or expose.
I smile as I check my phone for a few texts and then look at the blank wall once again which draws Ivy's attention.
"Did Amaya text you?" My eyes start to roll back again as she asks me a question. She will ask whether I am keeping Amaya hidden in my bed if you just wait.
You would love--. Shut the fuck up.
"No, that was Silas. He is in his sad era because Maeve is going to Italy in a few days," I laugh, that man is whipped to the core.
