Jeremiah
You know how you feel like you have nothing left, absolutely nothing left, like your whole fucking world just crashed and the aftermath is that there's nothing. Well that's me now.
"Jeremiah?" I felt a hand on my shoulder. I turned my head and looked at Silvia with one of the most hardest scariest death stare that I haven't gave anyone in a while. "I'm gonna take Bella and Caleb with me for the night, if you want you can come by too?"
"i'll think about it." I said in almost a whisper which made her look at the ground before back up at me.
"Put the drink down and come here sugar." She took my glass and placed it on the table and wrapped her arms around my neck. I placed one arm around her and slowly the other one. "Don't let this tear you down. Don't let this be the thing that takes you."
"She's gone, my momma is gone and I just got back from a mission when I should've been here with her."
"No don't you do that, don't you fucking blame yourself for this because this is not something you blame yourself for. This was gonna happen we all knew it, so don't blame yourself." I cried on her shoulder. I don't think I've ever really cried on her shoulder or in front of her in that matter. "Have you picked what star she is yet?"
"The brightest one in the sky and Savannah is the second brightest one." She gave a soft chuckle.
"That's nice. Now you go and give yourself time to let reality catch up with you. Then grieve and after that come to my house and you can spend your time there."
"okay." She placed a kiss on my cheek and left me.
I sit outside for a while, looking up at the sky and let out a sigh before sitting in one of the chairs and sipping on the same drink I've been sipping on for the past three minutes.
"Hey momma. I'm not used to doing this, especially with you so bare with me here. You know that feeling when your alone, like everything around you just left and didn't think twice. That's how I feel, I blame myself honestly for this, I know Silvia just told me not to blame myself but let's be honest if I never went on the mission then I could've stayed with you. But I chose to get be something and not stay with you." I wiped my face and looked back up at the sky. "Let's just hope you can guide me and you both because after tonight I don't think I'm gonna be the same." I downed the rest of my drink and went inside.
I showered, ate, grabbed my keys and left for Silvia house.
"Hey sugar." I nodded and canes inside and two little ones came running up to me.
"Hi Bella, Hi Caleb." There crying on my leg, and I let them. I stood right there and let them cry it all out.
We didn't say a word for the rest of the night, no one did, it was so silent you can hear a fucking pen drop. Until the door just busted open and my dad was there. He locked eyes with me and just fully charged me. I shook my head and sighed.
I blocked his punch and punched his stomach and the side of his face. He stumbled back and looked at the blood dripping from his mouth and black me. Meanwhile I'm just standing here. He charged at me again and time he tried to kick me but I grabbed his leg and twisted it and he fell so I stepped on his knee and just straight broke his leg.
"Tonight or any day after today is not it so drop it and fuck off." He say on the floor in agony, I punched him because no one wants to hear him yell in pain.
"So you not gonna help him?"
"Silvia he never helped me when he broke my arm."
"Touché."
Yes I know this one was short I'm sorry.
