Arc 1 Chapter 6: Tuxedo Mask

Early one morning, Mamoru was having a very strange dream, he's been having it since he was young. Similar to the dreams that Usagi has been having, but his are of a beautiful princess telling him to find the Legendary Silver Crystal. But he never knew what that meant, so he tried to find the answers. He woke up from the dream and wondered why it kept happening. He got up from his bed and went to get a drink of water, but still the dream wouldn't leave his mind and he also wondered why the princess looked like Usagi in a way. Yet he never allowed that to get to his mind.

Usagi was in a similar pickle, she had just woken up from her daily dream about the prince and princess, it confused her. But now she is finding it harder and harder to get back to sleep after waking up from one of those dreams, so she is up earlier than she would originally want to wake up. This shocked both Luna and Selena, but the reincarnated queen had a feeling that it was time to give Luna another hint on who she was and the identity of the princess.

Usagi had left the house early that morning so it gave Selena time to talk to Luna, once the black feline came down the stairs, Selena was there waiting. "It's time we had another talk." She said, the cat nodded since she was so close to awakening the princess. "Here is another hint, would you recognize me if I said this to you; Dear Luna, my humble advisor, your memories have been sealed for the safety of the princess. I never meant to seal them on you but now the time is drawing closer for when my precious daughter is awakened and that the final battle with the dark kingdom is done with. Then we can restore the Silver Millennium." Just from that speech Luna finally put two and two together, "Qu-Queen Serenity?" She asked, Selena nodded, "Yes Luna it is I, Queen Selena Serenity of the moon." Selena confirmed, Luna bowed to her but that caused Selena to giggle.

"Luna rise, you have done nothing wrong, but I'm sure that you have questions." Luna nodded, "Yes, so if you're the queen, then that means...Usagi is," Selena smiled, "Yes dear sweet Usagi is the reincarnated version of the princess. I know the identity of Tuxedo Mask, but I will keep that a secret. But please do not talk about my identity or the identity of the princess, since your memories are still sealed. So act like it, the identity will be revealed when Venus makes her appearance but she won't reawaken until I break the seal or something bad happens to Endymion. So can you keep this secret?" Luna nods and then she goes over to the couch or a cat nap.

Meanwhile with Usagi, she met up with the girls, "Hey Usagi, you're early." Said Makoto, Usagi nodded at her friends, "Yeah, lately I have been having this strange dream and I can't go back to sleep after I wake up." Usagi said as she kept walking but since she was so deep into her thoughts that she didn't notice that Mamoru was coming around the corner. They bumped into each other, Usagi had fallen on her butt, Mamoru looked shocked to see her but he smiled, "So it seems that we meet again, Usagi." He said, she looked at him and smiled back. "Yeah it does," She replied, then he extended his hand to her, she took it and he helped her up.

"We will meet again, don't want you to be late for class. See ya!" He said as he waved at her, before walking away, Usagi waved back and had a smile and a blush on her cheeks. Makoto saw this, "Hey Usagi, do you know that guy?" She asked, the blond nodded, "Yeah I have ran into him a couple times but he is very nice, his name is Mamoru Chiba, he goes to Moto Azabu High." She answered, both Makoto and Ami saw how deep the red blush on Usagi's cheeks were, "Hey Usagi, are you ok? Your face is red," Makoto said, acting like she didn't know about the blush, "Oh you have a crush on him." Makoto teased, and that caused Usagi to blush more. "No I don't please don't say things out of the blue like that." But the blond knew deep down that she had a crush on Mamoru, and it was a deep one at that.

But the cheer was brought down, when a news story caught Ami's attention, "Hey guys look up there." She said pointing to the huge TV on one of the huge buildings. All the girls watched, and the topic was on Tuxedo Mask, "His mysterious man calling himself Tuxedo Mask has made a statement to the media, He says that he is searching for a secret treasure known as the legendary silver crystal, and he has also claimed to have made numerous crimes to just try and find the crystal." Said the reporter, this not only shocked the girls but it also shocked Luna and got her thinking about what Tuxedo Mask could really want and if he was really the enemy.
