Arc 1 Chapter 8: Minako Sailor V

Now all of the girls are looking at the blond on top of the roof of the building in front of them. "Wait Sailor V?" Ami asked, "Like the one from the news and video game?" Rei stated, "But her outfit is different." Said Makoto, the blond smiled, "I can assure you it's me, I just never took the mask off in public before." She said, taking out her red mask and putting it on, "It's Sailor V's red mask!" Stated Usagi, then the cat spoke up. "How rude! Sure she is Sailor V, but she is also.." Before he could finish a voice cut him off, "That is enough Artemis," The voice was so familiar, Usagi turned around to see that her godmother, her mother, and the moms of Ami, Rei, and Makoto arrived at their location.

"What do you mean?" He asked her, "She means don't finish that sentence," Selena stated, Artemis stopped, then Athena raised her hand and activated a barrier that stopped any enemy from hearing their conversation or seeing them. The blond and her cat came down from the roof to the rest of the sailors, Rei then asked her a question. "What was your cat going to tell us?" the blond sighed, "He was going to tell you guys that I'm the princess when in reality I'm not," Hearing that caused Usagi's forehead to become hot and her tiara changed into the shape of a crescent moon, she also then got a flashback to the moon kingdom. 'Finally she got the vision as well.' Venus thought, "Then what sailor are you?" Ami asked, "I'm Sailor Venus, or Sailor V. I'm a guardian dedicated to protecting Princess Serenity of the moon." She then took out her pen and deactivated her transformation. "I'm also Minako Aino, a normal girl in middle school." Now knowing the identity of Sailor Venus, Usagi started to cry since it was her cousin the entire time.

"Mina," She said as she got up and went to hug her cousin, Minako happily welcomed her cousin into a tight hug. "Hey Usagi," She said, everyone smiled now knowing the bond that Usagi shares with her cousin.

After the cousins parted from their hug, everyone looked at the moms in courriousity, "Mom, what are you doing here?" Usagi asked, Selena smiled. "We have something to tell you all, it's about time you guys know more about the story of your past lives. So please follow us to the command center, we will explain everything there." She said, everyone nodded and followed the moms to the arcade. Sadly Mamoru fled the location after the mom's arrived. They were happy that all Beryl knew that there was a 5th sailor guardian and 4 of the planets; this was bad on the dark kingdom's part.

They all got to the arcade and went down to the command center, Ami spoke up. "So we have 5 Sailor Guardians awake now, so when will the princess awaken?"

"Very soon, since the inner planets of Mercury, Mars, Jupiter, and Venus are now awake. But the thing is the crystal is sealed within the princess so her powers and memories are blocked tighter than the rest of you guardians." She said, "So the princess already has the crystal?" Asked Rei, Selena nodded, "She does, I can't reveal anything else but this. Mercury, Mars, and Jupiter. Your mother's are queens of the planets you protect, meaning that you are planetary princesses, you guys are destined to protect the princess, the reason why Venus is not in this conversation is because she already knows." Selena said the girls understood to some extent but Usagi didn't know why she was excluded, so she then turned to Minako.

"Mina, why did you disappear?" Minako smiled at her cousin, "It was because Artemis awakened me as Sailor Venus, I went undercover as Sailor V to stop crime. But once the Dark Kingdom started attacking and Luna woke up from being in suspended animation, we knew it was time for the rest of the guardians to wake up so that we could, as a team, defeat the dark kingdom." Mina stated, everyone understood but a lot was about to happen.

*Dark Kingdom*
Beryl was back in Matalia's chamber with an update from the surface. "We now have the Sailors from the inner planets united, which means that the princess should be awakening soon." Said Beryl, "So she thinks that she can do a better job in defeating me like her mother did? I don't think so, make sure that she is defeated on the spot and get the crystal!" Matalia said, Beryl nodded before leaving. When she got back to the throne room she was met with the last of her 4 kings of heaven who were not injured and recovering from past battles.
