Arc 1 Chapter 12: Enemy, Queen Matalia

"I'd like to see you guys try to defeat me." Beryl said with a smirk, Ami ran a scan on her computer as Beryl attacked them and the attack was destroying the command center. "Mercury I hope whatever you're doing make it quick we're losing the command center." Mina said, "I know, hang on," Ami replied, "Does anyone know where our mothers are?" Rei asked, "They are on their way, but Selena said that she had to go back to the moon and she took Luna and Artemis with her." Replied Endymion, since that is what Selena told him and Serenity before they left her house.

Everyone understood then Ami finished what she was doing, she raised her hand up to the sky and said. "Hyper Special Sphere Generate!" then they were all within a space looking sphere and this saved the command center, the sailor moms showed up just as they went to fight Beryl.

"Looks like Ami got them into a space sphere." Said Athena, "Yeah she did, let's hope that these girls can defeat Matalia once and for all." Said Hestia, Aurora nodded, "We all need some peace in our lives."

"I agree, but we need to understand that now that the silver crystal is awakened along with our daughters as guardians, more enemies will come looking for the crystal and they will be looking to end our daughters' lives." Thea said, Aurora went to the computer and pulled up some screens. "Athena you said that the Dark Kingdom is hidden within a cave in the arctic?"

"Yeah here let me put in the coordinates." Athena stated then she went up to the computer and put in the absolute coordinates for the Dark Kingdom. "When were you able to find this information, Athena?" Asked Hestia, curious on where her blue haired friend got this information and when did she have the time to conduct this research. "I've been doing research on the Dark Kingdom since we were reincarnated. Unlike our daughters, us queens had our memories in tacked when we were reborn, and I was able to tap into the moon's archives and found out where the Dark Kingdom was located. I also found out that Queen Matalia's weak point is the star mark on her head. If it's hit with a strong enough blast from the silver crystal then she's history. Let's just hope that they can unleash the power of the Sacred sword of Light and destroy Beryl once and for all." Explained Athena, "I see, that sounds like you a lot Athena. Can you send this information to Ami?" Athena nodded and took out her mini computer and sent the information to Ami.

*Back with the girls*
The fight with Beryl is very one sided, due to her intense power it was hard for the girls to fight back. They learned who Beryl was but now it was time for them to fight back.

"We won't go down here Beryl!" Mina cried, "You guys already lost," Beryl said smirking, but the boys weren't going to let her get away with harming their girls. "You think that we will let you get away with this, Beryl. The entire reason why you're like this is because of jealousy!" Beryl looked at Endymion shocked, "Why bring that up?" She asked, "Because isn't that why you asked me to kill Serenity? Because you wanted me all to yourself? Well news flash that will never happen."

Before anyone could say anything else, Mina put her arm to the sky and summoned the sword, when it reached her hand Mina swung the sword at Beryl's hair freeing her and the girls. Serenity touched the sword's handle with Mina, Endymion came and gave his support along with the other generals. With the full Silver Crystal nearby, the sword was freed from its encasement of stone. Serenity took the sword from her cousin and then she ran towards Beryl, "Serenity, what are you doing?!" Mina cried, but before she could Endymion held her back. "We need to believe in her. She knows what she's doing."

Then everyone started to call out to Serenity giving her support, Beryl thought that taking out the princess would be a piece of cake to take out but boy was she so wrong about that. Serenity positioned the sword at the right angle and then it made contact with Beryl's necklace. "What do you think you're doing?" She was worried that the princess found her weak point. "Finishing you off Beryl!" Then with enough force and the power of the silver crystal the sword destroyed the necklace defeating Beryl. The evil queen turned to dust due to how old she really was. Once she was finished, Ami brought down the space sphere and then the girls saw their mothers, everyone but Serenity that is.
