Jungkook arrives the next morning with the absence of his niece. Celine is surprised to find him standing there alone.
"Where's your niece?" she asked with concern.
"Oh," Jungkook rubs the back of his neck, "she had a stomach ache so I guess it's just you and me."
Celine eyed him suspiciously, wondering if it was all just a ruse to be alone with her. She didn't know why he wouldn't just tell her though. The other guys seemed to have no problem with it. Jungkook was the most shy when it came to girls so maybe that's why but he did flirt with her at their dinner. Maybe the other guys gave him some confidence he didn't have alone.
"Jungkook, how old are you?"
"25 in this lifetime."
"No, I meant really."
"It's hard to say. None of us really know," he shrugged, "you know we have different lifetimes just like you. I really am 25. I can just remember the others."
"Oh, I should feel bad then. I'm 12 years older than you."
"Then I'll just call you Noona," he smiled, "you're older than all the guys but really, we're all older in a way. Does it matter to you? Because I guarantee you that all the guys will still want to."
"No," she bites her lip, "I guess not. Are we still going to the zoo or did you have somewhere else in mind?"
Jungkook gets the biggest bunny smile on his face that reaches his large doe eyes. "Yes, I definitely want to go to the zoo today with you. The great thing about this one is that all of the animals are rescues. They're either animals that need to be rehabilitated before being returned to their natural habitat or those that wouldn't survive on their own in the wild. Maybe we can shower at my place after and go to an arcade in the evening? Grab a change of clothes in case we get all sweaty."
Celine wasn't really sure how to take that. Was he implying that they were going to take a shower together? What kind of clothes should she grab? Did he expect her to stay with him tonight? Did she want to? She'd let Namjoon stay the night and she'd slept next to Yoongi all night so she didn't see why not.
Jungkook wasn't shy about grabbing her hand and pulling her along with him. Once she agreed, he immediately pulled her back inside her apartment, looking around to see where she kept all of her things.
"Where do you keep your suitcase?" he asked innocently.
"Why would I need a whole suitcase? I'm just changing later after we're finished at the zoo."
Jungkook winks. "I already told you that I'm greed. You think I'm letting you come back home tonight? No babe, you're mine tonight. Besides, you've already spent time with three of the other guys. I'm feeling like I need a little extra time with you. Maybe you should pack extra just in case you want to spend two nights with me."
