Chapter 5

Fawna's POV

I looked down at my master she was laying in my arms. She has never used her powers before and this must have been too much for her first time. I was just so happy to see her. I had not seen her since she was a baby. She had grown up to be a beautiful young woman. Her light brown hair contrasted with her bright green eyes.

I lifted her up and brought her to where I had been staying in the woods. It was a small house that was in an old hollowed-out tree. I laid her down on the bed and put a cool towel on her forehead. I felt missy trying to talk to me but I was not sure if I wanted this moment to end. She was so peaceful I wish she would be able to be this peaceful all of the time but I knew that with what was yet to come there was no way that it would be possible.

"We are at my house she is ok just unconscious. This was too much for her first time using her power." I told missy through her mind communication. Just then Natalie started to open her eyes and I told missy that she was awake.

Natalie's POV

Fawna was talking to someone through mind communication and the only reason that I knew was that she had the same look that Violet had when she had done it. I slowly sat and looked at her and she smiled clearly happy that I was awake. I had so many questions but I knew that this was not the best time to ask her all of them.
"We should head back to Missy's if you are ok they are all worried about you. I know you have a lot of questions and I will answer all of them when we go out to train and teach you how to use your powers I promise" She said smiling. I smiled back at her and we started heading back to the house. When we got to the house violet gave me a hug and I smiled hugging her back.

"Ok now that we are all here we should start talking about exactly what is going on," Esmerelda said smiling at all of us.

Esmeraldas POV

"So I know that you have been through a lot because of all of this and you all have lost people that were close to you," I said and all of them went silent looking at me with sad expressions. I felt bad but this had to be said.

"The monsters that you will face will be ranked and categorized. Some of you will have an easier time with some and a harder time with others." Missy said trying to keep me on track. I gave her a thankful look and presented the list on a paper that I pinned into the air with magic. It read...

"These monsters are all different and each one has its own strengths and weaknesses. We will go into that father later but you should now you should practice with your guardians to channel and control your new powers." I said looking at the girls and their guardians smiling. This would be a time that they would bond and become stronger which was good for them because the closer they got the more powerful they become.
