I hopped off the subway and made sure no one seen me as I made my way to my new fancy school. It's not like I'm embarrassed of who I am or where I come from its just if these people knew who I came from or that I'm here because my mom married the principle. I walked straight into the head office to find my new step father so he could give me my class schedule. I got so many stares as I walked down the hallways. I knocked on the door to my step fathers office, he was sitting in there doing paperwork. "Hello Sage"

"Good morning Mr. Johnson"

"Call me Steve" he then continued filling out paperwork. I sighed to let him know I'm frustrated, he looked up from his paperwork.

"You probably want your class list" He handed me my class list. Free period first hour. I'm not exactly sure what free period is used as because back at my old school we didn't have free period, I'm guessing it's like extra time to get things done or to just hang out. "I assigned you a buddy for your first day back. Her name is Jenni Sinclair, her father is the owner of all the coach stores in New York area. (a/n im making everything up so don't comment saying that it's not true because I know it is not) I nodded as a redhead walked in and greeted me with a huge pearly white smile. "Hi I'm Jenni, you must be Mr. Johnsons new daughter. It's nice to meet you!"

"It's nice to meet you too" I smiled at her. We walked through what felt like over 100 hallways and she showed me all my classes. I'd have to say this is a nice school and so far I actually like it.

It was now fifth hour and it was almost time to go home. I sat in pre calc and stared outside to where it was raining, it's that time in between seasons where it's so cold but not cold enough to snow so it's just always raining and freezing out. I could not wait for the winter and for it to snow everyday. "Ms Johnson"

"Oh um my last name isn't Johnson, it's Kennedy."

"Oh my mistake, sorry" the teacher spoke in a rude tone. I rolled my eyes and played with my braid. Since I walked into this school earlier this morning people have not taken their eyes off of me and I felt very uncomfortable. I turned around to face three brunettes that looked like those three or four girls that followed Blair Waldorf around in gossip girl, this is way to much like that show it kinda creeps me out. I smile at them and look at the other side of the room where a group of guys were talking, while one of them was looking at me.

I paid attention to the teacher so I didn't get behind in this class because I'm already way behind were already two months into the school year and of course then my mother had to decide that she wanted me to switch schools.
