We finally were all ready to leave for the party, it was at Nates house so it wasn't that far away. I sat next to carter, he smelled like a mix of pot and his cologne. He kept looking over at me to sneak a look, when he realized i noticed he smirked at me. We got to Nates at 9, there were alot of people here already. Some girls were wearing the sluttiest things i have ever seen in my life and they were all trashed. Most of the people here i don't know, i mean i am new but i know damn well they dont go to our school. I went to the cooler and decided that i can drink a little bit tonight, but not to much because i'll have a horrible hangover. I grabbed a glass of something that I didn't even knowing what it was and then walked over to a bunch of people I barely knew. Before I knew it I drank more then I wanted to and had no idea where anyone was. I stumbled down the stairs and ran into Nate. "Woah" he said as he carried me up to his room. I knew what was gonna happen, I didn't want it to but I was so drunk I could barely move. He laid me on his bed and started to kiss me, I tried to say no but the words wouldn't come out. "Hey what are you guys doing"
"Cock block" Nate said, as he stumbled off me. I had a sigh of relief as Carter walked over and helped me up. I'm not really upset at Nate, believe it or not because he's so drunk and who knows how many drugs he's on. I walked out the room with Carter following behind me, we made it outside because I need some fresh air as did Carter. "Sorry Nates kind of a douche when he's drunk" I just nodded my head as I watched people playing beer pong and other people making out. This is just like parties back in Brooklyn, but yet the people at this party wouldn't be caught dead at a party in Brooklyn.
"What's wrong" Carter slurred his words and took another sip of his drink.
"Nothing, just taking everything in" i was starting to become a little sober. I started humming along to A$AP Rocky playing in the background. The moonlight hitting Carter and I.
"You look beautiful tonight" he slurred but I understood what he said. I'm so glad it's pitch black out because I'm hella blushing right now.
"Thanks" was all I said. I'm not shy at all but when a gorgeous guy like Carter compliments me I have no idea what to do or say.
"I love that you wear so much black" he stated as he looked ahead at the group of people playing beer pong. Most people didn't like that I wear so much black and white but I love it because why buy bright things when they can't match a lot of things but you never have that problem when you buy black and white because they match everything, besides brown but I don't like that color to begin with.
The next morning at 6 am I woke up sitting laying next to Carter on the blow up mattress in Nates guest house. I don't even remember getting to the guest house or falling asleep next to Carter. All I remember is that I did drink more last night after him and I talked for a bit. The sun was shining on Carters face and it showed every piece of perfection on his face and chest and let me tell you something I think the only imperfection he has is a mole on his chest and neck and even those are not imperfections. I hurried out of the guest house and woke up Selina who was passed out in a bed next to her boyfriend, after she woke up we got into our car (did I mention they have a car well Selina does and they drove it last night). I drove off to my house trying to ignore the fact that something might've happened between me and Carter last night.
