My dad wrote this poem about my mom a few weeks ago. She passed away from cancer back in December 2010. We’ve been going through a tough time and I was always closest to my mom and my dad and I fight a lot. But anyways... I decided to upload this to see what ya'll think about it. Hope u like it.
"I cried today, cause I'm missing you.
We'll be ok, I know it's true.
The kids are strong, at least they try to be,
But I know in my heart, it's only for me.
The cancer that took you away,
Seemed like a heavy price to pay.
I met you one bright sunny day,
The Lord giveth, then he took you away,
He has a plan, I know it's true,
But that don't help, I'm still missin you"
