I rub Kelsey on the back trying to wake her from her afternoon nap

"Kelsey bug" I say soothingly as Sophia gets Joey dressed

"Nooooo" her whines came out muffled by her thumb in her mouth

"Kelsey baby it's time to wake up" I say patting her bum

"I wan mommy" she started to cry confused rubbing her eyes as I lift her up on to my hip

"Mommy! Mommy" she begins to scream loudly kicking her legs uncontrollably as soon as her feet left Briella's mattress

"Kelsey" I say being patient with her

"You should probably do something about her before she kicks you in the face" Dani says stating the obvious watching me with a smug look

"She had it comin for her" Soph says to her as I wrangle Kelsey

"What I told you not to wake her up before we left" she says over Kelseys loud crying I sigh "we'll I had to get her dressed" I snap

You know that pause between when a baby begins to cry and it's just silent until their face screws up and they let out the biggest and saddest cry ever we'll my god children don't do that no after that pause comes the angriest , the loudest , and most ear aching irritated scream you will ever hear in your entire lifetime

I was at the front desk of the hospital going over some patients paperwork when crying caught my attention I looked up and it was coming from a newborn that was being held by they're mother . I watched thinking of my babies at home little Toby and Teagan I wonder what they're doing with Jillian's mom I'll have to call and check up on them . I was dropped out of my thoughts when I felt wetness flow out my breast .

"Dr Lilia I wanted to talk you about-"My supervisor stopped talking as I turned around covering my boobs with my hands very embarrassed
