as jihoon and the guys were practising a last time for the concert, i was sitting with junho watching them.
"so how have you guys been the past few weeks? i could see jihoon was a lot happier, what have you done?", junho laughs.
"we've been spending almost every night together and talked about everything. we figured out a good way of communicating."
"i'm happy for you guys, really."
i smile at him and pat him on the shoulder, "thank you for always being so supportive. without you we probably wouldn't be where we are now."
he laughs and looks at jihoon.
"he said he was nervous about the concert, since it's their first time performing in front of an audience. but he looks pretty confident now."
"he'll do well, as always", i say proudly and watch him dance.
they finish the last song and i can see jihoon walking towards me.
"how did i do?", he asks and sits down next to me.
"perfect", i say and wipe the sweat off his forehead with a tissue.
"i have to talk to some people before the concert, so i'll leave you alone now", junho says and leaves.
"how has he been doing since the whole court thing with seolhyuns family?", i ask remembering i didn't really talk to him about it.
"it's looking really good for him, but seolhyuns familys business will definitely get in some trouble."
"that's good, honestly. after everything they've done."
he agrees and nods.
"by the way, you know it's your birthday next week, right?", he asks.
"oh right!", i say. i really forgot about my own birthday.
he laughs, "well, i planned a little surprise for you."
"what did you plan?", i ask curiously.
"it's a surprise, babe. i'm not telling you now", he smiles and takes my hand.
"but i can promise you it'll be special."

"ok guys you're up in 2 minutes!", the staff shouts.
i was sitting backstage waiting with the guys.
"you know you can go to the vip area. are you going or are you staying backstage?", jihoon asks me.
"i don't want to stand there by myself... what if someone recognises me?"
"i'm going with you", junho appears behind me.
"thank you", i smile.
"i guess this will be my first time watching you guys perform on stage instead of a tv screen like usual."
jihoons smile is growing bigger, "i know, i hope you'll like it."
"i'll love it!", i say excitedly.
the guys got called again to go so me and junho follow them.
we follow them through the hallway until we have to go through a different door to the vip area in front of the stage.
"fighting!", i shout and all of the guys smile and some of them even show me finger hearts making me laugh.
"i'm so excited, oh my god", i say as me and junho make our way to the crowd.
