03 | new arrival

Tw, swaring, mentions of alcohol and smoking

Russel had been waiting for this day, he drove his car down to a buddy's house, his friends dog had puppy's and as a surprise for his bandmates aswell as a companion for himself he decided to get one.

Upon arrival Russel was met by his friend Del and Del's room mate Toxin "hay what's up homie!" Del sayed putting his hand in the air, Russel quickly caught the other man's hand in his own, then pulled his hand back to give his friend a fist bump.

"Your just in time, the puppy's just woke up from there nap" Toxin sayed happly, his ring covered fingers tapping agenst the wooden fence.

Del let Russel in and as soon as they reached the back yard a mob of puppy's ran over, barking and yapping happly as the greeted the darker male.

After a while of being around the puppy's one of them had fallen asleep on his stomach, causing the male to laugh softly "hay man, I think she chose you" Del chuckled, pointing to the small puppy on Russels belly.

"Your lucky man, she's a sweet girl" Del said referring to the puppy "oh really, how do ya know that man" Russel asked, raising an eyebrow.

Del leand back on the couch "unlike the other puppy's she doesn't get into anything, she's also keen on cuddles and playing" the taller male said looking back at his friend.

Just then Toxin came into the room, a horde of puppy's running after him "HELP, THERE TRYING TO EAT MY ANKLES!" Toxin cried as the puppy's bit his boots with there tiny teeth.

Russel couldn't help but laugh at the younger males behavior, Toxin had moved in with Del less then a month ago, yet had somehow managed to befriend both Del and Russel, he had an energetic and enthusiastic personally, but he could damn well be a dick.

After hours of talking Russel decided it was time to head out, he still needed to pick up supplies for the young pup "aight' man, call me up, lemme know how it gose!" Del called after him "oh tell Noodle I want a rematch in halo!" Toxin called, making both of the older males laugh.

Russel got into his car and set the young pup in the passenger side seat, the puppy sat down and wrapped her tail around herself, tilting her head up at him.

"Look at you, Del was right huh" Russel spoke softly to the puppy, reaching forward to pet her, she wasn't only sweet, she was a beautiful dog, she was a husky, German shepherd mix, a result of an unfixed dog making its way into Dels backyard.

She had one blue eye and one brown eye, her fur was long and fluffy, chest and underbelly were a white/cream color,and she had a strip that was coming up from her nose to in-between her eyes, the rest of her was a mix of different browns with black spots on each side of her face and body that faded brown, her paws were the same cream/white color as her underbelly, and so was the underside of her tail.

Overall she looked adorable.

Russel started the car and pulled out of the drive way, the young pup layed down and made herself comfortable on the front seat, yawning as she did so.

The first stop was the pet store, apon arrivel Russel got out and picked up the puppy, he needed a name for her, but that would have to wait a bit, he got a cart, putting his hoodie down in the front so he could set the her down.

He pushed the cart into the store, deciding to first get a food and water bowl, he then got her a bed, he had found a fluffy pink bed that was shaped like a circle.

You could say he spoiled the her, but he saw it as getting the essential items, a pink collar and leash, aswell as a little dress for first impression purposes, he then got food, treats and toys, but now came the hardest part.
