I turned away, my heart racing. 'What that really her?' I thought, clutching my chest slightly.

"Are you okay, (Y/n)?" A voice suddenly called to me, causing me to turn my head. "Oh, yeah. Im fine." I chuckled, brushing my jacket.

Albedo nodded, then went back to watching klee.

My injury had healed a bit, but it hurt to make fast turns and run still. So for now i was taking a break from the mafia. Scaramouche basically forced me too, but im not complaining.

I suddenly heard a splash, then saw that klee had fallen into the fountain. 

"Oh lord-" i gasped, rushing over. Albedo dragged klee out the fountain, trying not to get himself wet.

"Are you okay klee?" He asked, and she bursted out crying. "M-my knee!" She whined, and we both looked down to see she had slightly scrapped it.

I smiled, wiping klee's tears away. "It's okay, let's get you home." I scooped her up in my arms, and i could've sworn i saw a ting of jealousy in albedos eyes.

I turned, walking off and stopping to make sure albedo was following.

Klee had stopped crying, and albedo wrapped a bandage around her knee.

We soon got back to my apartment, and i set klee down on the couch and crouched down in front of her.

"Does it still hurt?" I asked, and she shook her head. Albedo sighed, taking his coat off and hanging it up.

I looked over, seeing he still had the scarf on.

Chuckling, "you like that scarf?" I teased, and he instantly looked over. "No, it's just cold." He muttered and walked away.

I laughed slightly, then turned on a show for klee and gave her some snacks.

"Hey, albedo?" I asked, standing close behind him. I leaned slightly over his shoulder, seeing his was making a sandwich.

"Hm?" He hummed, turning to look at me. He widened his eyes for a moment, since he hadn't realized how close i was.

I stared into his eyes, frowning. "You see me as a friend, right?" I asked, causing albedo to spot what he was doing.

"What brought this up?" He asked, slightly chuckling.

"Just answer the question." I asked, a bit more stern.

Albedo turned to face me, and i backed up a little. But we were still close.

"Of course your my friend (Y/n), i've never thought of you as any less." He looked at me, slightly smiling.

I frowned, 'this wasn't the answer i wanted' i though, then sighed.

"Have you.. ever thought of me as more?" I suddenly spoke, straightening my posture and having a serious glare.

Albedo perked, a slight blush appearing on his face. "I- what do you mean..?" 

He burrowed his brows in confusion, slightly fiddling with his hands.

"I said exactly what I meant." I stated, frowning.

His answer right now depended on what i do next, and im really hoping klee isn't listening.

"Maybe i have.." he muttered, but i still heard it. Albedo's face now was a bright red.

I stared at him for a moment, then softly smiled. "Thats all i wanted to hear."

Albedo slightly closed his eyes, expecting a hug. But instead when he looked back up (Y/n) was gone. When albedo was waiting for a hug, she turned the corner and ran into the bathroom to hid her now fully red face.

"Did i really just say that?" I asked myself, covering my face.

After a while i came out the bathroom, trying to ignore albedo. I sat next to klee, who was still watching Tv.

"How is it?" I asked, looking at her. She looked at me and giggled. "Cool." She responded, looking back.

I simply nodded, looking around. I spotted albedo, who seemed to be trying to hide.

Chuckling slightly, i stood up and walked over to him. Peering over his shoulder.

"Watcha doin~" i smiled, looking at him. He tensed, quickly hiding whatever he had and turning to me.

"Nothing, being nosy can be rude!" He exclaimed, cheeks a flushed red.

I smiled innocently, but that was far from my intent. 

"It is for me~?" I asked, leaning in to slightly force albedo to look at me.

Albedo's face instantly became redder, looking slightly up at me.

"I— no, pft-.. why would it?" He chuckled awkwardly, trying to contain himself. I leaned in a little closer, causing him to back up into the counter.

Albedo looked around, trying to find an escape.

I smiled, "im glad you were in the kitchen." i teased, having my hands behind my back.

He seemed like he was gonna melt, but he took a deep breath and tried to contain himself but his face was still red.

I playfully rolled my eyes, placing a hand on the counter beside albedo and leaning in more. "Whats wrong? Nervous~?" I teased, tilted my head.

Albedo held a hand up, covering his mouth. "Nope.. why?" He asked, trying to dismiss the attention off him.

I chuckled. "Your quite red, in fact. It's almost as if you enjoy this." I teased even more, almost breaking cover and laughing.

He shook his head, trying his best to stay quiet. I innocently chuckled, placing my other hand on the opposite counter side. Trapping albedo.

I smirked, leaning in to where our faces almost touched. I could hear albedo's breaths quicken when i did so. 

He widened his eyes, and i slowly removed his hand from his face.

Before anything else was said, there was a sudden sound of glass breaking. Me and albedo instantly ran into the living room, seeing the window broken and klee in front of the Tv stand.

"Klee!" Albedo yelled, rushing over and bending down next to her.

"Are you okay?" He asked, hugging her tightly. She gave a small nod, then sobs were heard.

I made my way to the window, narrowing my eyes. "Damn.." i muttered, peering over. It seemed someone smashed it with something.

But what..?
