14~ The Winner

The robots were easy for Y/n to move past, but she eventually had to become intangible again after giving herself a slight headache.

She looked behind her and saw Todoroki showing off a bit, and she snickered. She had a bit of a sabotaging plan.

She turned around and ran backwards, smiling at Todoroki as she raised both of her hands. At first he thought she was aiming for him, but when he saw the shadows of the frozen robots who were supposed to be falling over in the air, he looked back.

Y/n lifted up a few of the falling robots and moved them out of the way, the group of students running through the new found gap.

She felt her nose bleed, wiping it away while holding eye contact with Todoroki. She laughed, turning back around as she ran. The students were now close behind him, ruining his plan of blocking them off.

The robots were still active, but she made a big enough gap that most of the faster students would be able to move through without a problem.

The next obstacle was called "The Fall" as Present Mic says. It was a bunch of pillars with ropes connecting them, a drop down if you fell.

Y/n simply levitated, moving across the gap easily. She was already at the end in no time, taking a quick second to pause and stretch. Yes, she was showing off a lot, but she was bored and this was her source of entertainment.

Once she saw Todoroki start to slide across the ropes, she continued her way on.

Next up was a mine field, and because Y/n didn't want to waste anymore energy levitating, she decided to kick up a big enough chunk of earth and use her telekinesis quirk to make it float. She hoped on top of it, moving right over the minefield with ease.

She dropped off of the chunk, letting it fall to the ground. She looked back, and saw some students already arriving. Bakugo was aiming right for her and Todoroki, saying something she couldn't hear.

A loud bang, followed by a bright pink light came from the beginning of the field, and Y/n saw Midoriya soaring through the air on a chunk of metal. She clapped, a laugh escaping her lips as she saw both Todoroki and Bakugo's surprised faces.

Y/n ran before he had the chance to get ahead of her, hearing his footsteps not too far behind.

She saw the end of the tunnel, and pushed herself to get through it.

"The first place winner is Y/n L/n! Followed shortly behind by Izuku Midoriya!!"

The audience cheered as Y/n came to a stop, looking back at Midoriya who was doubled over and panting.

Y/n smiled, using her sleeve to remove the excess blood on her upper lip.

Everyone else made their way through, and eventually the leaderboard was shown.

1st - Y/n L/n
2nd - Izuku Midoriya
3rd - Shoto Todoroki
4th - Katsuki Bakugo
5th - Ibara Shiozaki

The next game was Cavalry Battle, which made Y/n sigh. It was unexpected, but she didn't think she would have trouble. It was the fact that the point value was in place. Y/n had the highest value, and 10,000,000 points. She was going to be a target, which she was least excited for.

Everyone stared at Y/n, and she shoved her hands in her pockets as she thought of who to choose to be her team mate. No doubt, people would ask her. But she needed someone who wouldn't get in the way, really.

They were all given 15 minutes to create their teams. Immediately, Y/n's classmates flocked around her. They all asked to be on her team.

"I know you wouldn't let your headband be taken! Choose me!!" Mina smiled, some other nodding.
