Finney wakes up to her the phone bell ringing. He looks at Rani, who also had woken up by the alarming sound.
Finney looks at Rani expecting since she was 2 years older than him she would be the one to check the phone but she shrugs in respond singling towards her heavy chains making the boy face palm.
Finney gets up and checks the phone but then hears a voice near the door.
Rani and Finney look at the Grabber, "It doesn't work not since I was a kid".
He turns on the light of the room, "I know you're scared and want to go home".
"I'll take you two home soon", he says tilting his head eerily.
The Grabber groans, "Things are fucked up".
"That mask is fucked up", Rani comments as the Grabber looks at her almost as if he was glaring.
Finney would laugh but the whole situation was fucked up to begin with.
"I got to be upstairs for a while somethings come up", the grabber tells them.
"What?", Finney asked.
"Never-mind, what?", the grabber retorted.
"Did someone say something?", Finney asked as Rani doesn't dare to speak.
"Is the police coming? If you let us go before they get here I promise we won't tell", Finney says looking at Rani.
"Right!", she nods in agreement.
The grabber laughs darkly, "It's not the police"
"I'll scream if someone's upstairs they'll hear me", Finney says looking at Rani to agree with him but this time she doesn't as she averts her eyes to the ground.
"No, they won't. He won't her with the door shut", the grabber tells him.
"He?", Rani asked speaking up.
"With the door shut, no one care hear anything down here. I sound-proofed it myself. So, shout if you like it won't bother anyone", he replies in a rusty voice.
"Your the one who killed the others, Bruce...Robin", Finney spoke up as the grabber turns around.
Rani tell glares at the man, "You killed my brother too".
He then walks closer to the two, "It wasn't me. It was someone else".
"I will never make you do anything that you won't...like", he says to the two.
"Like, I believe a word that comes from behind that mask", Rani retorts.
"Oh, but you will. If you know what's best for you", he says pointing his finger at her.
Finney, then spoke, "If you try touch us...I will scratch your face and who ever is coming will see and ask why?".
Rani glances at Finney, "Maybe, he's not that bad", she mutters.
The Grabber then points to his mask, making Rani's smirk drop.
"Hang up the phone, now", he tells Finney as he obeys.
"I was down here once, creepiness damn thing...I thinks it's static electricity that does it. I checked it to see if anyone was there", the grabber explains.
"Was there?", Finney asked.
"No!", he replied.
Rani moves around her hands.
"Does it hurt?", the grabber asked looking at her swollen wrist.
Rani looks at him not knowing if she should respond.
