The sandlot

Me and yeah yeah started walking to the sandlot. When we got to the entrance he told me to stay behind a bush he pointed to. I saw him run over to his friends and I looked away thinking about baseball strategies when all of a sudden *ouch* they hit a baseball and it hit me so I got angry and picked up the ball then I stood up and they saw me. I was pretty far. I told them "hey! Keep it in the field next time!" and I threw it so hard it landed in the pitchers glove and I was far from him. They all dropped their jaws again and I said "really again with the jaws." And I rolled my eyes. I ran over to yeah yeah and he introduced them to me. "Kayla this is Benny Rodriguez, Timmy and Tommy timmons we call him repeat, Mike squints palledorus, Bertram Grover weeks, Kenny Denunez, and Hamilton Porter we call him Ham." "guys this is kayla Smalls" I nodded to them as a form of saying hi. Then yeah yeah said " "shes gonna play with us because she challenged me and I bet girls can't play baseball." I looked at him with a death stare and said "I dont bet trash, I burn it." and the guys said "oooooh"
We walked onto the diamond and I told Benny "let me hit" they all laughed except Benny. I took the bat and took my batting stance. Then Ham said "don't hurt yourself sweetheart." and I said "awe. Like you care." and I gave him a smirk. When kenny pitched the ball ham was getting ready to catch it but then *whack* I hit the ball so hard that it went over the fence. I ran from home all around the diamond back to home. Then ham said nice hit hot shot now we cant play anymore. Then all of them looked angry and disappointed. So I ran to the fence and started climbing up they all saw me and screamed "nooooooo!" I looked back and said "whats wrong im getting the ball." Benny was the fastest out of all of them he got to me and grabbed me by my waist. He put me down and I said "what's wrong?" the guys finally got here and they all said "what are you doing you could've been killed!" "yeah yeah truly" yeah yeah said panting. I said "oh ok well we can still play." then Benny said "what you got 98 extra cents lying around at home smalls." then I said "actually I got more than 20 dollars in my pocket." they all said "really but how?" I told them "well if you stop wasting all your money on junk and actually save up then it can come in handy." we then bought like 10 more baseballs so if they ever hit them over the fence they had an extra.
We got back to the sandlot and I said "it's my turn to pitch." and I gave them a smirk. I stood on the pitchers mound and Benny said "you can hit soft if you want. I dont want to get an injury." I giggled and said "don't blink." I threw him my "extreme pitch."
