The pool

Then we fell asleep.
It was the next morning and I could here the guys talking. I looked to my side to see benny cuddling next to me. He looked adorable sleeping. I decided to keep sleeping until he woke up. A few minutes later the guys were messing around with him trying to wake him up. I got up and benny was still sleeping. I told them "stop it. Let him sleep." kenny said "what if we dont want to?" "Then me and you are gonna have big problems." I said. He said "oh im so scared." and he threw something at benny and woke him up. I got angry and jumped on top of him and everyone was pulling me back. Even benny pulled me back. Kenny said "what did you do that for?!?" then I said "when I tell you we're gonna have problems. We're gonna have problems." after that morning we decided to play baseball.
Later on everyone said "it's too hot out here." benny got frustrated and said "vote then. Anybody who wants to be a can't hack it, panty waste, who wears their mommas bra. Raise your hand." everyone raised their hand and looked at me I said "um no no I wear my own bra." we were still out numbered and benny said "so what are we gonna do?" everyone looked at each other and said "scam pool honeys!" I looked at benny and scotty and I said "ew are you guys serious." they were all serious. So I said "fine but when we come back we're going straight to doing whatever benny wants." They all said "deal."
I started walking home and they said "where are you guys going?" "you dont expect me to wear this to the pool do ya?" I said.
When I got home I put on my navy blue and white retro bottom and the top is red and white polka dots. I put clothes on top obviously.
Me and scotty started walking and we all got to the pool. While we were entering the pool the guys all ran and jumped in the pool. I quickly put sunblock and I saw benny looking away from me so I snuck up behind him and jumped in the pool. He didn't notice me so I hugged him from behind. He looked at me and smiled. I gave him a kiss and smiled back.
I got out of the pool to dry myself a little and I heard the guys yelling. I noticed squints wasn't there so I jumped in the pool and looked for him. Once I found him I picked him up and brought him to the surface. Wendy said "let me help you." so she grabbed squints and layed him on the floor. Another life guard said "thankyou for saving his life and being alert." benny helped me get out of the pool and hugged me. We were all concerned about squints while wendy was giving him mouth to mouth resuscitation. We saw squints open his eyes and smile. We were all confused and said "what?" then he quickly closed his eyes when wendy was going back for another mouth to mouth and squints grabbed her and kissed her. Wendy yelled "you little pervert!" we were banned from the pool that day and we grabbed our stuff and left. We all went home and took a shower and put clothes on.
When we met up at the sandlot I didnt speak to anyone. Then after a while, they asked me "whats your problem?" "whats my problem? My problem is that I went to go save a friends life and it all happens to be a joke!?! Well it's not a joke to me. I would risk my life to save all of yours." I said as a tear came down my face. Benny came to me and wiped the tear off my face and put my chin up. I looked at him and smiled. He hugged me to comfort me. Then squints came up to me and said "im sorry kayla. I didn't mean to hurt your feelings." "Its fine but if your gonna do it again please tell us so we can know its a joke. Agreed?" I said. "Agreed." he said.
Then I said "its bennys turn to choose what we do and no complaining." everyone said "okay."
