IT'S NOT UNCOMMON TO SEE THE BRUNETTE BEAUTY TAKING A RUN IN WAKANO DRIVE.

The light summer breeze whizzes past her skin as her shoes-clad feet padded on the ground while running. The only sound that accompanied her on this early morning was the chirping of the birds, the breeze hitting the trees, and her own soles.

She turned the corner, finally finishing her tenth lap in the avenue this morning as she starts to make her way back to Shiratorizawa.

Her brother didn't join her today, most likely since he wasn't even aware that she planned to go on a run in the first place. Not like he would permit her if he knew, though.

Toshila huffs, though she wasn't that tired from running, her lungs still constricted in the slightest— a likely side effect of her medication.

Her eyes dim at the reminder of the medicine she uses. She clicks her tongue and walks inside the dormitory, the receptionist greeting her as she does.

"Good morning Ushijima-san."

She replies with a curt nod as she continues her way to her room. She gets there soon and unlocks her door, getting inside as she does so.

She closes the door behind her, leaving it unlocked for her brother to come in later to check on her. It's what he usually does anyway, so it spares her the effort of having to get up again to open the door for him.

She looks at the clock on her bedside table.

5:58AM, it read.

She blinks, plopping down on her bed. It's only a matter of minutes until her brother or his friends get here to check on her.

After all, two minutes away from now, she has to take medicine, and Semi is the one that helps her out with that.

As if on cue, a series of knocks resonated on her door, making her perk up.

"Toshila, it's me." Semi's voice seeps through the door, making the girl hum in reply.

"Come in." She sits back up, watching as Semi enters the room with a tray of breakfast.

She immediately frowns upon seeing the huge amount of food.

Semi notices this and sighs. "You know you can't take your medicine on an empty stomach."

She clicks her tongue. "Yeah, yeah."

Semi sets the tray on her bedside table  and Toshila spots a hash brown among all the food.

She snatches it and devours it in mere seconds, making Semi sweatdrop.

"There, done." She wiped her lips as she swallows the food.

Semi rolls his eyes, "Fine."

He hands her a glass of water from the tray and a pill. He sits down next to her as she takes her Fluoxetine.

"How was the appointment yesterday?" Semi asks her as she sets the glass down.

Toshila hummed. "It was okay."

They didn't really get to discuss her doctor's appointment yesterday when she got back, since the boys were too tired from practice and they were busy scarfing down the takeout food she got for them.

"Okay in what sense?" Semi asks, brow raised lightly. "What'd the doctor say?"

"I'm not getting better." She gave him a tight-lipped smile.

Semi frowns, his eyes trailing over Toshila's golden yellow orbs that glazed with fear and uncertainty.

"So the medicines aren't working?" He blinks at her.
