Zayn POV

"I just don't understand why you won't agree to this." I sighed in frustration.

My leg bounced up and down as I sat on a chair. I looked to my left as I was deciding if I should get up and leave or try to persuade him.

"We can't risk having her going to tell anyone." Liam spoke sternly.

He sat across from me on the desk as I watched him grab a piece of paper.

"Well she hasn't told Lily." I said turning back to him.

"How do we know that?" He questioned.

I looked at him to see if he was being serious. I think we would have known if Lily knew or not.

"Your fucking stupid." I shook my head.

"Don't talk to me that way-"

"We all trust her, she won't go and tell anyone. We'll make sure of it." I explained to him.

"You don't know that." Is all he said.

I couldn't believe him right now. He never cares about others. He never does.

"So what, she's supposed to stay with us until he finds out." I scoffed.

"He won't." Liam said, writing something down.

I placed my hand into my face as I couldn't deal with him right now. He isn't even paying attention.

"And if he does? Then what?" I asked, waiting for an answer.

Liam dropped his pen aggressively onto the table. He gave me a serious look as I sat slouched in my seat.

"You're putting all of us at risk, including you." I added.

"I can deal with that." He said smiling.

I felt my blood run cold as I couldn't stand him. I was trying hard not to lash out on him right now.

"You don't ever give a fuck about others. You know, some people in this house actually have things to live for." I stammered out, pushing myself back from the table and getting up.

"And what is that, Zayn?" Liam asked in a petty tone.

I looked down at him as he sat back into his seat which made him lower back.

"What is what?" I questioned.

He then let out a chuckle as he shook his head. I cringed at his actions.

"What do you have to live for? You have no one." He pouted.

I felt my expression immediately drop. My heart felt like it stopped as I wasn't sure if I heard him right. I saw Liam smirking, finding this entertaining. I clenched my jaw as I stood in front of his desk. I could now hear myself breathing heavily down.

I turned myself away from him as I walked towards the door. I didn't want to give home the satisfaction he wanted from me.

Right before I got to the door I turned to Liam as he watched me head out.

"You need to figure this out, and get your shit together." I muttered as I turned away from him, opening the door.

I slammed it behind my head as Niall stood outside leaning against the wall. He had his arms crossed around his chest.

"What did he say?" Niall blurted out.

"What the fuck do you think he said. The same shit over and over." I sighed in frustration.

"Son of a bitch." Niall muttered. "So what, she's supposed to stay with us until he finds out."

"Exactly what I said."
