CHAPTER 16: You're Gonna Pay

FOUR MONTHS LATER

The door of an apartment opens as Yugyeom enters the house and removes his shoes. A bouquet of red roses is in his hands as he directly heads toward the bedroom. He enters the bedroom to hear water running in the bathroom signifying that his boyfriend of three months is showering. He lies comfortably on the bed when he hears the door of the bathroom opens, revealing Jimin in only a towel wrapped around his waist. Yugyeom smiles seeing his boyfriend Jimin pass him a cute eye smile while drying his hair.

He goes toward Jimin and back hugs him while presenting him the roses. Jimin smiles as his eyes disappear and takes roses while kissing Yugyeom's cheek.

After their little date in the cafe, Jimin and Yugyeom started getting closer, messaging each other till late at night, going on small dates every now and then when one-day Yugyeom finally reacts to the flirty lines of Jimin and confesses his feelings for him. They start dating on that day and it's been three months since they began dating officially.

After some time of talking and little touching here and there, the roses get sprawled onto the bed as the mattress sinks due to the weight of two bodies on it. Lips are entangled together as teeth clash and the two males suck each other's tongues pouring their love for each other into the kiss.

 Small cute hands clutch onto the mattress as a large tall figure of the younger hovers above the elder. Soft whines and whimpers leave the small man's lips as the taller man pleasures him and drives him to the edge of his sanity proving to each other how much they loved and crave each other.

At Kim's Pharma

Black polished shoes tap onto the shiny floor of the corridor as everyone makes way for the CEO. The CEO enters the meeting room when everyone else in the room stands up to greet the CEO. Jin motions them to sit and takes his seat as his eyes ponder upon the screen in front of him. His eyebrows knit together as he takes every piece of information being presented by the employee.

After the meeting ends, Jin immediately leaves the meeting room while accepting everyone's greeting to the CEO. He strolls towards his cabin, opens the door, and locks it behind his back when a deep sigh leaves his lips.

He trails towards the big glass window of his cabin as he sees the sun setting down the horizon, and birds returning to their nests. His eyes get filled with tears as some certain events run through his head, specifically thoughts about a certain bunny-like boy.

He gathered information about Taehyung. He got to know that Taehyung had got the job of a manager in APharma at starting of his career after that he got promoted and became a trusted man of the chairman of APharma which led him to become the CEO after the chairman's health deteriorated.

But what surprised him the most was that Jungkook told him that Taehyung's dad had a kidney transplant but according to the information collected, Mr. Kim never got any kidney transplant.

So why did Taehyung lie about his father's health condition and if this isn't the reason he left Korea two years ago then what was the actual reason for his departure?

Jin wanted to inform Jungkook about all this but whenever he tried to contact him through the phone, it was always switched off. He even went to his house but the guard didn't allow him to go inside, of course, because of Taehyung's orders.

"Hope you're doing well bun!" he mumbles to himself as tears slide down his cheeks as he misses his best friend and love.

At Taehyung's House

Lost in his thoughts, a certain skinny figure is standing in the kitchen, bruised hands stirring the pot with a spoon as steam escapes it. For the past four months, Jungkook lost every hope of getting a better life, every hope of getting out of the hellhole Taehyung had created for him.
