I hugged my dad tightly and then winked at my mama who was from the very start against this exchange program when I filled out an application.
Preparation pt.1
I then left them on their own as I need to have a talk with Jimin, my online friend. I walked inside my room, got hold of the phone, shut the door, and made a call.
Me: " Hey! How're you doing?"
Jimin: "Darling! What is it this time? I'm telling you beforehand I'm not gonna lie again. I've stopped lying, it's a sin."
Me: "Don't flatter yourself. A person like you can only stop lying when you have nothing to lie about."
Jimin: "Did you just call me to tell me I'm a liar? If yes then go to hell."
Me: "You know what you take things to the heart real quick."
Jimin: "Hey! Just say what you wanna say. Be Quick. I need to head out."
Me: "Why?"
Jimin: "Hello! I work too."
Me: " Okay then Listen. My dad just agreed. I told you about the university thing remember, we'll I got selected. So most probably I'll be there on Sunday. You know what I can't seem to wait to meet you."
Jimin: "Really your dad agrees with this. I'm amazed. If it had been my father he probably wouldn't let me even fill that damn form or whatever you call it."
Me: " Oh common. We both have daddy issues."
Naina: "*sigh* Ok but what kind of daddy are you referring to? Hehehe."
Me: "What do you mean?" What daddy?"
Jimin: "Just forget it. You are too pure for this world. Why don't you just text me everything? When you're coming, I mean the time you'll reach here so I'll take a leave for you and come and pick you up at the airport, How much luggage you are bringing with you."
Me: "So you're not telling me okay then? Fine shorty. Oh and about the other things I'll tell you in a msg. Okay bye, take care and work hard. Fighting."
Jimin: "Fighting!."
I ended the call and opened my drawer to see what should I take and what to leave. As today is Friday and I need to have everything prepared beforehand. Especially the passport (Good thing that the university is gonna handle that or else my chances of going would be close to zero).
