"Why don't you clean up nice." Navi greets Avery as he come out of the bathroom. He's holding a sword and dagger with holsters.

"What should I do with these" Avery hold up his old clothes. He was currently wearing the nicest clothes he's ever worn and was well aware then were standard issue training clothes. His hair was still dripping wed and hung just past his shoulders. He hadn't ever liked cutting his hair because he thought it made him look more dignified. Thai was on if the few things he like about his appearance. It also reminded him of how is mom's hair would sit lightly over her shoulders and tickle his cheeks when she went to give him a kiss.

"Burn them." Navi says walk walking a circle around Avery. "You need to build more mass." he then without any notice hooks the sword to Avery's waist and then connects the dagger to the belt holding the sword. "These are yours now so take care of them. You'll get better ones when you bass the knight exam."

"Wait I can't take these. I don't have any money." Avery drops his dirty clothes and starts to unhook the sword.

"Avery leave it." Navi said in a stern voice

"Yes." Avery said then picked his clothes up again.

"We need to take you to the market to get you necessary supplies." Navi snatched the clothes out of Avery's hands and led him down the hall. On their way through the kitchen Navi threw his old clothes into the hearth where the halfling woman was cooking.

"Hey wait?!" Avery said as he watches them burn.

"Don't fall behind." Navi calls from the door leading out of the building.

Avery hurries to catch up and follows closely behind. Avery kept a close eye on Navi and attempted to emulate his way of walking. It was a genuine gesture that made Navi chuckle to himself. They headed back down the dirt path past the night's Hq and through the gates to the palace.

Avery stopped in his tracks as they caught a glimpse of the Castle. It was a large building with well maintained gardens all around. It was 3 stories tall and made of brown and grew stones with ornate decorations all over. Avery could imagine the whole population of the pleat living her with room to grow.

"Weren't we going to the market."

"Come don't fall behind we have to pick something up first." Navi doesn't stop and he makes his way up the steps of the entrance and through the door. Avery runs to catch up.

"Daddy!" a voice calls and shortly after a girl runs around the corner and stops in front of Navi with a curtsey.

The princess was a slender preteen girl with big blue eyes and dark raven hair ties neatly into a bun. She wasn't a dragon born like her dad but looked to be elven. Lord Izuiel was elven so this made sense to Avery while still slightly alarming. She wore pants and a shirt which diverted from the gowns Avery assumes all noble women would wear. But it was no less lavish and expensive just more mobile.

As she approaches Avery instinctively bows to her in a panic. What should he do. He didn't know the customs of the logic kingdom well enough.

"Just who was hoping to see. Stand up Everly." Navi says in a cheerful voice

"Yes Daddy." She the walks up to Avery. "You may also stand. You're also doing it wrong." Avery stand and meets her gaze. He was easily 10 inches taller than her.

"I apologize princess I will learn and do better next time." He says with a embarrassed blush across his face

"Daddy is this a student of yours. What happened to Henry?" she circles Avery like a shark "Do you need a hair tie it must be hard to do anything with your hair in your face." she stops right in front of him the takes the tie out of her hair letting the raven hair fall to the side of her face. Her hair was also about 10 inches shorter than Avery's.
