I'm brought out of my deep slumber by the annoying sound coming from the offending alarm clock. I sit up in bed and look at Jayden who's fast asleep next to me. Getting out of bed, I walk into the bathroom and turn on the shower.

Fifteen minutes later, I walk out of the bathroom in my robe and my blonde hair still damp from my shower. I walk into the living room and the other guys are there still fast asleep. Going into the kitchen, I open the fridge, and taking a look at my well stocked up fridge, I settle on scrambled eggs, sausages, pancakes and toast for breakfast. Out of many things I've learned from Uncle Jackson, one thing that I've kept with me, is that breakfast is the most important meal of the day, and therefore, you never miss it.

As I'm about to start on the scrambled eggs, I hear the sounds of approaching footsteps and look up, and all the guys are there. "Here they are. I thought it would be a few days again before you all resurfaced from the pit of your deep slumber."

They chuckled and all took a sit around the kitchen island. I place everything on the island and plates in-front of them. "Anyone wants coffee?" I ask as I tend to the scrambled eggs on the stove.

Daniel nodded and stood up, helping himself to some coffee as he poured me a cup. I thanked him and sat down when the eggs were perfectly scrambled, just as I loved them. After helping myself to breakfast, I eat quietly. Feeling eyes staring at me, I look up and I'm greeted by Ethan's grey piercing eyes. He's staring at me like I'm a piece of puzzle that needs to be solved. I blush and look down at my now empty plate.

"You all don't talk much, do you?" I asked, unable to take the silence any longer.

Erick looks up at me and chuckles. "The breakfast is amazing, and besides, we spoke to your uncle. He was very serious about us not uttering a word to you. He said something about us wanting to keep our family jewels. I don't know about my brothers here, but I would want to make kids in the near future."

We all laughed at that and I shook my head. "Uncle Jackson's just being over-protective. But, he's really a big teddy bear."

Jayden scoffs. "That's because you're his little angel."

I pout and smile at him. "Oh come on, Jadey-Wadey. Don't get jealous now."

They all burst out laughing and I clear up the kitchen island. Ethan immediately stands up and takes the cup from my hand. In the process, our hands brush against each other and I gasp at the electricity rushing throughout my arm. He pulls his hands away also, seeming to have felt it too. We stay looking at each other for a long time before Jayden clears his throat, bringing me back to the present. I blush profusely and looked down at my fingers, finding them very interesting at the moment.

"My little cousin, you'll be late for school if you don't leave this house in the next ten minutes. We'll hold the fort down from here. Go on. Don't make me call Derek."

I cringe at Derek's name and he must have seen because he looked angry for a second and said, "We'll talk later. Just go on."

Taking a last look around, I walk to my room. I go through my closet and take out a pair of light blue skinny jeans, a pair of purple vans, and a purple crop-top. After dressing, I put my blonde hair up into a high bun, and decide against makeup today. I'm not a fan of make-up anyway, and people always gush about how I look without makeup on. I put on jewelry- in the case of a small earring knob that Aunt Veronica got me for my birthday when I was 16, and I put on a chain my dad gave me with my name 'Ellie' written on it in gold. Gathering my bag, I place my phone and laptop and their chargers and a text- book that I brought home to read last night, and leave my room.

I walk out into the living room to see the guys watching TV. They look up as I come in and smile. "I'm all set. You all gonna be okay?"

They all say 'sure' and I can't help but smile at them. "When you all get hungry, order some pizza or something else. The number's on the fridge. Make yourselves comfortable. Bye." And I leave.

Another day awaits.
