She then says this to everyone, "Once we defeat Zarkon, is is my hope that we can continue to unite our forces and rebuild the ince coalition that my father, King Altor, began." The Olkari people began to cheer at this. —--------------------------------------------------------- "Everyone lock into position. We're taking this thing up," Ordered Shiro.
Everyone's lions used the Jaw to hold the thing.
Once they did that, Shiro told allura that they were ready. —--------------------------------------------------------- Timeskip —--------------------------------------------------------- "All right, guys, listen up," said Shiro.
He began to explain the plan, "I'll use thr black lion to lure Zarkon's fleet to our current loaction and make sure he's within the teludev's area of effect. Keeping the teludev hidden behind the space-fold until the last possible second is essential." He then turns to slav, "We can count on you, right, slav?" "Absolutely. I'll be fine," said slav.
Then he puts a unsure face, "I'm not sure about the gravity generator, though." Hunk turns to him, "What? What was that last thing?" Slav answered, "Hoding a ship is one thing, but I've never had to build a gravity generator for something this large before. I know it'll work, but im not really sure for how long." Shiro just turns back to the poloform, "Well, that'd a risk we'll have to take. Once zarkon's ship is in position, Kolivan and Antok will coordinate with Thace. Together, we'll take down Zarkon's security system and upload the virus."
Pidge crossed her arms and smirked, "And then, he'll be a sitting du-flax." Everyone just stared at her in silence.
Pidge just stared back to them, "What? A du-flax is an altean creature with a beak and webbed feet." That's when coran spoke, "We'll wormhole Zarkon 500 million light years away and he'll be in the Yggiz Galaxy before he knows what's hit him!" Y/n looked to Kolivan while asking, "What about Thace?" Kolivan answered, "He should be getting into position now. We received his last communication three quintants ago. We should hear from him soon."
Shiro spoke, "Lets do it." —--------------------------------------------------------- Y/n sat on her seat as shiro's screen showed on the computer, "Zarkon took the bait. He's got my loaction. Is everybody in position?" Kolivan said, "We've not yet heard from Thace. He was supposed to contact us two vargas ago." Antok said, "He could've been captured." "Or killed," suggested y/n (I mean it would sense due her being a hashira).
"We need to abort the mission immediately," stated kolivan as he looked to y/n as she just looked back at her computer area. "Abort?" Questioned allura as she looked to antok and Kolivan. She stated, "No! We cannot back away now." "The blade of Marmora does not take chances. It's how we survived for so long."
Y/n remembered some demon slayers acted like that before as she stayed silent. "It's held you back. Your caution is the reason Zarkon is still in power." Kolivan turned to her, "We would rather wait than jeopardy everything. Besides, it's too late to get someone else on the inside." "I'll do it," said Keith getting off his seat. Y/n looked at him in confusion, "What?"
Keith explained, "I'll sneak onto Zarkon's ship. I'm Galra, so I'll be able to interest with their technology." He turns to pidge as she looked up to him, "Pidge, you can rig up one of those pods with a cloaking device, right?" "Well, yeah."
Kolivan fully turned to him, "Going onto Zarkon's ship is a suicide mission. I would never command someone so inexperienced to go on a mission so dangerous." Keith said, "No one's commanding me. I'm doing it." Y/n got up and didn't care of allura just glared at him.
"Pidge, get that pod ready," said Shiro.
"Keith... let me know when you're on your way. I'll give you a cover." —--------------------------------------------------------- Y/n came in after allura left. Y/n walked over to keith, "Keith... can I talk to you before you leave..." "Yeah, sure."
"About what happened eariler at the blade of marmora's base, I'm not really ready for a relationship.... I mean we still need to focus on this mission, I can tell you my answer when this is finally over." Keith just nodded a bit disappointed but was glad you spoke about this before. The both on you hugged and y/n watched as keith left the castle. —--------------------------------------------------------- Y/n just walked back in as allura said, "The plan is working. Keith is on board and Zarkon's fleet is on the way." Lance looked to allura as she looked back, "The castle of lion defenses are up and ready to go."
Then slav spoke, "Starting gravity generator now. Commencing cloak." —--------------------------------------------------------- "I'm two minutes out. Is everybody ready?" Asked Shiro. Kolivan answered, "No, keith hasn't made it to the hub yet. We need more time." Shiro just grunts, "How much more?" "I hope not much because my gravity generator is not going to run forever!" Yelled slav.
"I don't know how much longer I can hold Zarkon's fleet in this position by myself!" That's when pidge spoke, "You won't have to!" Pidge, y/n, Lance, and hunk have joined the battle.
"Good timing."
Shiro then ordered, "Okay, we've got Zarkon's ship right where it needs to be. We gotta keep it here until that virus is uploaded." Now the group started to fight Zarkon's fleet of battleships. —--------------------------------------------------------- Timeskip —--------------------------------------------------------- Slav was whimpering as he was panicky typing. Then he spoke to the team, "Uh, everyone, the gravity generator won't maintain power much longer. If it goes down, we're just going to be unlocked in open space." Shiro responds, "Do all you can. We just need to hold out a little longer." —--------------------------------------------------------- "Oh. I hate it when I'm right," slav said to himself. He spoke to the team, "The gravity generator just lost power! Now there's no reality where we all get out alive!" Y/n didn't like this at all.
The team but keith began to panic a bit. Allura decided to just charge the teludav. —--------------------------------------------------------- Y/n sighed to herself as zarkon's ship was powered down and the rest of the fleet powered down too. —--------------------------------------------------------- Timeskip —--------------------------------------------------------- Y/n called the castle asking, "Coran, how's allura? Is she alright?" Coran answered, "She's weak, but okay." Y/n nods then ends the call as Shiro spoke to him.
They made it through the portal. Pidge shouts, "We did it! I can't believe we did it!" Slave said, "See, I told you we could do it." "It's not over yet," stated Shiro. He then ordered the group, "Everyone, form Voltron!"
