Captain's Broken Shards

Returning Home

Marissa just got home to the new Avengers base from the battle as she regained her strength walking into her room to her bathroom to the mirror. She locked the door as the mirror fogged over as she wrote down on the mirror. 'I'm finally back.' She wrote down. 

'Are you okay?' He wrote. 

'I'm okay thanks.' She answered as she thought. 'Just a bit weak but still okay.' 

'That's good.' He wrote back. 

'You know he's gonna come find you sooner or later right?' She wrote down asking him worried about him getting caught. 

'I know and i'm working on getting better. So let him come find me. We will be perfectly fine Mira.' He wrote. 

'Alright if you say so Bucky.' She wrote as she smiled biting her lip. 'Gotta go training the new recruit with Steve and Nat' She wrote as she thinks. 

'Alright talk to you tonight Mira.' He wrote. The fog cleared up as someone knocked on the door to her room. She walked out of the bathroom to the door opening it to one of the SHIELD members holding a small box. 

"Ms. Jones this just came in for you." The member told her. 

"Thank you." She said as she gently took the box. It didn't have an IP address nor does she know where it came from cause it has nothing on it for details. She closed the door placing the box on her desk as she opened it to a necklace with the middle piece having a resemblance to the star on Bucky's arm. She smiled as she looked at it then at the mirror as there was a writing on it. 

'And I hope you like what I sent.' She smiled as she put the necklace on placing it under her shirt covering it up as she wrote up there. 

'I do thank you so much. Talk to you tonight and hopefully find you soon.' She wrote wrapping up the conversation before she threw the box out walking out of the room to Nat and Steve who was looking over the new recruit about to train them.
