(13) Finding a Lost Puppy

Scenario: The two of you are on a date stroll through the city, and either one of you suddenly spot a puppy in the alley.

Choi Yeonjun

- Gets jealous when you gasp over the puppy and ignore him for it.

(I mean, come on! We all know how he was when Aengdu and Odi came into their dorm!)

- You were the first to spot it, and upon approaching it out of concern, Yeonjun was already frowning at it while you had your back to him.

- Hides it quickly, though, when you turn back to him.

- Buuuut it doesn't last long because of what you asked him.

- "Can we keep it?"

- "What?! What, no! Y/N, do you even know where that came from?? I-I mean, don't you think it's better to just bring it to a pet shelter... or something..."

- Looks away, but that doesn't even make you suspicious.

- Instead, you just lift up the puppy and hold it to his face.

- "Oh, come on! Just look at it!"

*insert you and the puppy giving him puppy eyes*

- Ends up giving in. Not because of the puppy, but because of you.

- "Alright, fine! We're taking him."

Choi Soobin

- He was the first to see it.

- And he immediately gasped and pointed at it, soon making you notice it, too.

- *whispers* "It's a puppy in a box..."

- Adorably squats down to look at the pup, making you soft.

- "Oh my gosh, Y/N, can we keep it?"

- Proceeds to look up at you with puppy eyes.

- And honestly, how could you ever say "no"?

Choi Beomgyu

- The first to see it, but he waited for you to see it first before he said anything.

- Gives subtle hints, until you finally turn to the alley, and when you finally do, plays along like it was actually you who found it first.

- "Oh, no! What happened here?"

- Gets behind you, and peeks at the pup with cautious eyes.

- Though, honestly, let's be real here. The only reason he pretended you saw it first was because he was lowkey scared of the pup's mother popping out of nowhere and snarling.

- "What's that? Oh, it's a puppy?"

- "It's all alone... Where do you think it's mother is?"

- "... Should we bring it to a shelter?"

- "... Should we keep it?"

- At that point, both of you look at each other, waiting for the other to respond.

- You ended up keeping it after making sure it was healthy when you brought it to a nearby pet shelter.

Kang Taehyun

- You saw the pup first.

- Then he followed shortly after.

- And just as you bent down to get a closer look at the pup sleeping in the box, he soon followed, kneeling beside you and staying quiet the whole time.

- Basically, he was just waiting for you to say something.

- And when you did...

- "... Can we keep it?"

- Proceeds to pick up the puppy and pet it in his arms.

- "I don't see why not."

Huening Kai

- Both of you saw it at at the same time.

- And both of you squealed as you excitedly bent down to look at the puppy.

- Truth be told, you even almost scared the pup.

- But Kai was quick to cradle it and calm it down.

- "It looks like it's been abandoned for a while now... Where's it's mom?"

- "I dunno... But maybe it probably isn't best to just leave it here all alone."

- Didn't take long for the two of you to agree to take it home.

...

I just realized how, in this reaction chapters, when it's Soobin, he's the tiny one, but when it's Taehyun, Y/N's the tiny one...

Yeah, no words on that.
