13: She is not a witch

"What do you mean by I cannot complete my degree?" Taehyung asked the professor in front of the principal. "We didn't receive your assignment so we need to cancel your final degree." The professor said.

"But I clearly remember submitting my assignment to you, sir," Taehyung said, voice almost breaking. "I didn't see it. I am sorry, Taehyung but we cannot do anything." The principal said.

Taehyung glared at them. "Who ordered you? This clearly looks planned who made you do that?" Taehyung snarled at the professor. The principal called in for security guards. They arrived in a minute and started dragging Taehyung away.

"No! No way! This is bullshit! No way only my assignment can get lost suddenly. This is a trap!" Taehyung said in the security guard's grip. They took him out of the university and threw him to the ground. He stood up and looked around to see the other students whispering among themselves.

"Let me go and talk to them!" Taehyung barked at the guards when he saw Chanyeol and Jimin talking to the principal far away. Jimin looked over to Taehyung standing at the gate but Taehyung scoffed at him. 

"Jimin is the only one who will benefit the most if I drop out suddenly. He will place the first position then. I can't believe I thought of him as my soulmate. I hate him!" Taehyung mumbled but Jimin turned back to the principal.

"I saw Taehyung submitting the assignment myself, sir. How come my one was fine but his one got misplaced?" Jimin asked the principal. "Look Jimin. You are one of the top student but I really have protocols. We cannot find his assignment so we cannot let him have his business management degree."

"Okay. Let me just assume that you misplaced it. Why don't we give him another chance to submit? What is with this sudden dropout? He wasted so many years just to get thrown out of the university a few months before the finals?" Jimin argued but the principal sighed. 

"Jimin, please return to your class. We are not bound to answer your questions. Please!" The principal said when Jimin turned his heels away from the principal while clenching his jaws and fisting his hands in anger.

"Good job you did there, sir." Chanyeol winked at the principal. "It was difficult but your father Mr. Jinhua suggested we take the assignment off the top student and replace his name with yours. That way you can get excellent results from the practical work. It would have been a mess with Taehyung in the university so we kicked him out."

Chanyeol looked over to Jimin punching the wall in anger. "Well, this idiot will lose his stupid soulmate but in the end, I will be the one benefiting so I don't mind."

"I heard that you dismantled the search team for Y/n. Why?" Jimin asked Changho. "I don't want her to come back. Isn't it obvious?"

Jimin glared at him. "You were the one who was so eager to bring her back? Now, what happened?" He asked his father. "She has touched so many hands and dissolved their misfortunes. I don't want her to come back to you with her unlucky aura."

"But I want her back!" Jimin said when Changho frowned at him in confusion. "What are you suddenly talking about?"

"She was out there for a break. But now she must come back to me. Don't you think?" Jimin asked his father.

"Jimin, I clearly remember telling you not to catch feelings for her!" Changho said to Jimin calmly.

Jimin took a deep breath and looked at Changho darkly. "Why? Why do you behave so oddly with her mother? Don't tell me . . ." Jimin's eyes widen as he continued, "Is Y/n somehow my half-sister?" Changho looked at Jimin, shaking his head. 

"Y/n is not my child. You know very well that she can't be my child. Something happened back then and Ara returned pregnant with Y/n. She is not my child." Changho said when Jimin gulped the dry lump in his throat before glaring at Changho.

"Then why don't you want Y/n back?"
"She is a witch."
"She is an ordinary half vampire. That's it. She is not a witch. You need psychological treatment. You don't seem fine to me. Y/n is an ordinary person. I don't want to argue anymore. She's mine."

"There is a delivery at a warehouse, sweetheart. I'll be back soon." Taehyung said to Y/n who looked at him in surprise. "But you don't do deliveries."

"They wanted a lot of food so I agreed. Wait for me here." Taehyung said walking to his bike with a huge bag with him. Y/n sighed and waited at the cash counter. 

Hours passed but there was no sign of Taehyung. Y/n frowned and walked out of the restaurant towards the main road.

"She's here!" Someone whispered when Y/n walked towards the corner of the street.

Suddenly few men got down from a black car and swiftly covered Y/n's face with a black bag, tying her hands and tackling her to the car. Y/n squirmed in their grip and tried to free herself but she was taken into a car.

The man took his phone out of his pocket and called someone. "Hello, boss! We abducted a man and the girl, both. Waiting for your next command."

Jimin exited the restaurant and looked around. "Oh my God, Celine, Louis Vuitton, Gucci." Jessi jumped behind Jimin.

He turned around and bowed at her. "Hello, miss. May I know where is the owner of this restaurant?" He asked her when Hyuka and Jiho along with Uncle Bang approached him.

"Taehyung?" Uncle Bang asked and Jimin smiled before nodding. "What is this? Why do rich people keep coming to his diner? First that girl and now this rich young man?"

"Girl? Do you somehow know Y/n?" Jimin asked and they nodded. "Of course. Do you know her?" Hyuka asked and he nodded. "I came here in search of her."

All of them exchanged glances and looked back at Jimin. "Well, Taehyung went out on a delivery and Y/n was here a while ago . . ." Jiho said looking around when Jimin's phone vibrated in his pocket.

He took it out to read the message from the unknown sender and his eyes widen to see Y/n's picture tied up in a chair. "Come to Ilsan Ware house quickly, Jimin." The message read.

Jimin quickly put his phone inside and rushed from the place while the others were baffled by his sudden departure.

"Do you think this is normal?" Uncle Bang asked when Hyuka shook his head. "I think this guy loves Y/n," Hyuka commented and the others gasped.

"How do you know?" Jessi asked when Hyuka bent towards them and murmured lowly. "I saw how his eyes gleamed when we mentioned Y/n's name."

"But Taehyung loves her and she loves him back!" Jiho screamed and all of them looked in the direction where Jimin went.

"I don't care. I ship Taehyung and Y/n. That's it!" Jessi said pushing everyone away from her.

Uncle Bang frowned but quickly rushed to where Jimin went in hopes of finding more gossip about these young lovers.

Y/n groaned and blinked before looking up at the room which was dimly lit. She groaned and turned her head to see Taehyung tied to the chair right next to her.

"Taehyung! Taehyung!"

Taehyung made no movement. She scooted close to him along with her chair and hit his chin with her head. "Hey! Kim Taehyung! Wake up!"

Taehyung screamed before taking his surroundings and situation. He instantly shot his head to Y/n and gasped.

"What are we doing here?" He asked Y/n glared at him. "I am cooking rice. Do you want some?"

Taehyung scoffed and looked around and then back to Y/n.

Chanyeol was observing them from the next building through the camera placed in the room. "Taehyung? The witch is living together with Taehyung? Jimin's old soulmate likes the witch?" Chanyeol exclaimed while laughing evilly.

"Wow, this is getting pretty interesting. Let's see what happens next."
