Back at the Nuclear Power Plant, Quackity and Monty were debating their next course of action with the rest of their team. Upon discovering that Ballora was likely in an apartment complex with Wonder due to their unnamed information supplier, they were preparing to perform a full sweep of every apartment building in The Big City. It would take some time, perhaps the whole night, but they were filled with determination. They would find Ballora, and bring her back, no matter the cost.

"Is everybody ready to go?" Monty asked Quackity as he and Waylon approached him.

"Yeah, I think so," Quackity nodded, pulling the beanie on his head down a little further. "I called over the one who tipped us off, so she can help us out. Maybe there's a detail Wonder mentioned to her that she could remember."

"That's a good idea." Monty smiled at his co-worker, then looked down. "Hang on, I'm getting a phone call."

He reached into his pocket and pulled out his phone. "Ah, it's the mayor!" he exclaimed cheerfully, before answering the call. "Hello, Tyler!"

It was hard for Quackity to hear their conversation, but Monty's excitement seemed to grow even further as he spoke with Mayor Hayward. A broad smile spread across his face, and a rush of hope filled Quackity as he saw it. Monty hung up a few moments later and turned to face him.

"I think we've got her," he announced.

"What makes you say that?" Quackity asked. "What did you learn?"

"Our tipper whose name we won't mention yet said that a guy named Sans ran the apartment building," Monty explained. "I just got news from Hayward that Sans was admitted into the Big City Hospital earlier today, along with some person named Chara. The police informed Hayward on where the apartment building he was taken from is located as well."

"Oh my God..." Quackity muttered, starting to grin. "This is wonderful!"

"Don't let our tipper hear you saying puns like that, she'll call you out on it," Monty chuckled. "At least we don't have to search every apartment building in The Big City, eh?"

"I gotta get the rest of the team," Quackity said, before quickly turning off. He soon returned to Monty with the rest of his friends in tow.

"Is it true? Have we found the location of Wonder and Ballora?" Springtrap asked. Quackity nodded, and Mabel let out a loud cheer.

"What's the plan, boss?" Ennard stepped forward, standing beside his father, who smiled at him.

"Well, we found the apartment building," Quackity explained. "We'll search through it, which won't take long. Our tipper said that they live on the top floor, and have a good view of The Big City, which narrows it down considerably. We'll search the rooms, find Ballora, and kill Wonder."

"Should some of us go to the Maximoff household?" Comet suggested meekly. "Just to make sure they don't try to interfere or anything, y'know."

Quackity shrugged. "I'm not sure. We might need the whole team to help for this."

"We could always torture some of them for information," Springtrap offered.

"Yeah, let's do that, then." Quackity nodded enthusiastically. "Me and Comet will go to the apartment with the tipper. The rest of you go to the Maximoff household. There are quite a few people there, so be careful. Focus on the mission, don't let anything distract you from it. If someone dies, just brush it off, unless it's one of us."

The gang nodded and began to disperse. Quackity led Comet to his car while the rest of them piled into Monty's expensive Lamborghini.

"Soon," Quackity reassured Comet, a sinister smile spread across his face. "Soon Ballora will return to us. Soon, Wonder will be dead, and we will be free once more."

A low chuckle emitted from his throat as he drove off, signaling the impending doom he planned to bring upon Wonder at last.
