Hurt

Later that night Seth returned home alone; Eddie and Will had taken the kids for the night. Seth went into the dark house, locking the door behind him, as he took his shoes off and put his keys on the coffee table. He went upstairs, unsure if Dean was even home, as he went into their room he saw Dean laying on their bed on his back, Seth's heart broke seeing how hurt Dean looked. Seth got onto the bed, and laid his head on Dean's chest, he felt Dean's arm wrap around him tightly.

"I'm sorry you guys are fighting." Seth said gently.

"We aren't fighting baby boy, our friendship is over! I can't support him when he's making the biggest mistake of his life, setting himself up for heartbreak! I know Cassie, and I know she's going to rip his heart out and not give a damn!" Dean said angrily, but his voice cracked.

"I believe you baby, I know you'd never try to come between Rome and his happiness, but we both know Ro is stubborn and loves Cassie! He'll find out the hard way, and all we can do is be there for him when it happens!" Seth said gently.

"I want him to be happy, but I want him to find someone that deserves his love! Someone that truly loves him like we do...I want him to find his Seth!" Dean said sadly.

"Dean, I want him to find that too, but it's not our place to tell him who he can or can't date! Our place is to support him and love him no matter what!"

"I know Seth, but this is something I can't support! I'm sorry."

"Don't be sorry Dean, things will work out somehow."

"I hope you're right baby boy, cause I just lost my brother!" Dean said, as he began to cry, Seth held him tight.

**Two Weeks Later**:

Time past, and Dean and Roman's brotherhood was over! Seth hated seeing them like this, they became strangers; only talking at work, as the trio pretended for the fans that everything was fine! Seth told Eddie and Will everything and even though the three hated Cassie now, they continued to support Roman. The three of them hated being put in the middle, but did it keeping the peace, not wanting to lose either man. Two weeks later their personal problems; which none of them had ever brought into their job, finally does during a match on Smackdown. Before they went on Roman had been talking to Seth about the wedding, and Dean kept his mouth shut, but shook his head in disgust. Roman noticed, and Seth looked at him begging with his eyes not to do or say anything, not wanting to hurt Seth, Roman agreed and bit his tongue ignoring Dean. They were facing the Wyatt family, all three knew it was going to be a brutal match, it always was between the two stables. As the match went on things were off between the trio, and everyone noticed, Seth hoped they would make it through the match in one piece! Near the end of the match, Seth let out a relieved sigh, they had almost made it through another show.

Suddenly, as Dean got the pinfall win over Harper, Bray attacked him. Seth and Roman went to help, but were stopped by Harper and Rowan. While Seth and Roman fought Rowan and Harper on the outside, Bray and Dean continued fighting, soon joining them outside the ring. Roman took out Harper and could have helped Dean, but he didn't! Instead he watched as Bray slammed Dean shoulder first into the ring post, before doing SisterAbigail on him onto the floor. No one, including Seth could believe Roman did nothing to help Dean! Furious Seth rushed to Dean, he knelt down trying to help a stunned Dean sit up. When the trainers got to them Seth stood up and went to Roman; who still stood in the same spot. Seth was so angry, he yelled at Roman pushing him slightly, Roman never said a word, his eyes never leaving Dean.

Backstage Dean was taken to the trainers room, Seth went with him. Roman went to their locker room, he felt horrible he had let Bray hurt Dean! He showered and changed into his street clothes waiting for Dean and Seth to return. He packed his bag, they still weren't back yet, and Roman was scared something serious had happened, Dean's head hit the ground pretty hard. As Roman paced the locker room for the 20th time, the door opened and they came in, Seth helping a still dizzy and unsteady Dean into the room.

"How is he?" Roman asked nervously, as Seth helped Dean sit.

"How the hell could you stand there and do nothing?" Seth demanded angrily.

"Seth, I..."

"You know what Roman, I don't want to hear your bullshit excuses! There's no excuse for what you did, you let your brother get attacked, while you just stood there watching! He almost dislocated his damn shoulder Roman, he has a minor concussion because of you! This has gotten out of control, you two need to figure out how to fix this now, before something else happens! I love you both, and it's killing me to see the two of you like this!" Seth said upset.

Roman looked at Seth, before he looked at Dean who was rubbing his neck, as he starred at the floor. Roman grabbed his bag, before he walked out without saying a word, Seth looked at Dean.

"What?" Dean asked.

"You could have said something!" Seth said upset.

"Like what Seth? He stood watching as I got my ass handed to me by Wyatt! You expect me to beg him to forgive me? I did nothing wrong, I'm not apologizing!" Dean said angrily, as he got up and grabbed his things.

"Where are you going?" Seth asked sighing.

"I'm leaving!" Dean answered.

"Let me help you to the car!" Seth said, as he grabbed his bag, before going to Dean and took his bag from him.

"I'm fine Seth!" Dean said pulling away from Seth when he tried to help him, causing him to bump into the wall. "Alright, fine help me, but I'm still mad at you!"

"Understood!" Seth said smiling, as he helped Dean to their car.
