Brothers For Life

A half hour later Roman sat on his balcony, unable to sleep. He was thinking of ways he could fix things with Dean, when someone knocked on his door. He got up and went to the door opening it to find Dean standing there, Roman went to speak. Before he could though, Dean pulled Roman into his arms, hugging him, Roman returned the hug.

"Seth told me what happened." Dean said gently when the hug ended.

"Can...can I come in?"

"Of course!" Roman answered smiling, as Dean entered the room.

"Ro, I'm not here to gloat or rub it in your face! I'm here because you're my brother and you're hurting." Dean said as they sat.

"You should though, I deserve it Dean! You tried to warn me, and I just threw you away! I..."

"Roman stop!" Dean said cutting Roman off. "Yeah, I tried to warn you so what! Look, Ro I get it, we all do stupid things when we're in love, hell just ask Seth how many stupid things I do all the time!"

"You've never choosen anyone over Seth and I though Dean!" Roman pointed out.

"Maybe not, but this isn't about me! Honestly though, how do you know that I wouldn't have if the roles were reversed huh? Love is a powerful thing man, when you love someone you'd do anything to keep them in your life! Believe me Ro, I speak from experience!"

"I know, you're talking about Seth."

"I' am, but not just him! I'm talking about you, my kids, Eddie and Will too! I don't think you seven realize just how much I love all of you!" Dean said.

"We do, because that's how much we love you Dean!" Roman replied.

"My point is Ro, never apologize for being in love! Family will always be there, but finding your soulmate...man that only happens once!" Dean said.

"I'm so sorry Dean!" Roman said starring into Dean's eyes.

"I know, I forgive you. You made a stupid decision, for the right reason! I love you Ro!" Dean said hugging Roman again.

"I love you too Dean!"

"Okay, now before we stop with all this lovey, doveycrap; which by the way is not my thing!" Dean said, as they both laughed. "I just want you to know there is a girl out there for you, you just haven't met her yet!"

"I hope so D, I...I just want what you and Seth have you know?"

"You will dude, I promise! Mrs. Roman Reigns is out there right now waiting for you to come along and sweep her off her feet!" Dean said patting Roman on his back, both smiled.

"Sweep her off her feet? Really dude?" Roman said laughing.

"What?" Dean asked smiling.

"You've been reading too many fairytales to your kids man!" Roman said laughing harder, Dean laughed too.

"Shut it Reigns! Or I'll go all fairytale on your ass!" Dean threatened.

"Ooh, I'm so scared of little, red Lunatic-hood!" Roman replied, pretending to be scared.

"Those be fighting words Reigns! It's on now my brother!" Dean said, as he grabbed Roman in a headlock, before they began play fighting.

"I see you two madeup!"

"Seth!" Dean and Roman said together smiling.

"I...uh, got worried, so I came to check on you, but I can see you're good!" Seth explained smiling. "Aren't you injured Mr. Ambrose?"

"A little concussion's nothing!" Dean answered.

"It is when we have a rematch in a couple of days against the Wyatts! We need our Lunatic at 100 percent!"

"Fine!" Dean sighed giving in. "This isn't over Reigns!" He said letting go of Roman, before he kissed the top of Roman's head and stood up.

"You're on!" Roman answered smiling, as Seth bent down and hugged him.

"Get some rest Ro, we all need to be at the top of our game!" Seth said.

"Yes sir!" Roman answered. "Night guys, love you!"

"Night Rome, we love you too!" Seth replied, as they left.

**Three Months Later**:

Days passed, and even though Roman was still hurting and wanted to find his special love, he began to enjoy life again. Roman would never make the same mistake again, he'd never again choose anyone over his family; family was, is and always will be his first priority! As the days past he put his faith in what Dean and Seth had said about finding love, and instead of forcing it, he decided to let it happen on it's own. Three months later they were back home on their usual days off, everyone was meeting at Dean and Seth's for dinner. Roman was running late, he had gone for a workout, and lost track of time. He went home, showered, changed and texted Dean to let them know he was running late. By the time he left the driveway the rain began to fall.

The rain was falling so heavily, you could barely make out what was in front of you. Roman was glad they didn't live far from each other, he hated driving in this weather it always made him nervous. He was only 10 minutes away, when the car in front of him stopped suddenly, having no time to react he quickly turned the wheel. Doing that caused his car to slip on the wet street, he tried to stop the car, but it was no use and he spun towards the ditch. As soon as his tires hit the dirt on the side of the road it flipped! The car rolled three times, before coming to a rest on it's hood.
