After a long talk Michelle and Hunter had in Miss Kate's office they finally return into Studio A. Hunter looked absolutely devastated. Emily pulled Hunter aside and said, "How did that go?"
Eldon pulls Michelle aside, "How do you know him?"
"This is what I didn't want, there is drama everywhere. I just want to focus on my audition and make A-Troupe." Charlie says in the interview chair.
Charlie and Noah walk over to the cubbies to grab a drink of water and Charlie starts pulling on her bracelet.
"What's that?" Noah says putting down his water bottle and pointing at the bracelet.
"Nothing, just a bracelet." says Charlie before hiding it behind her back
"It's obviously not nothing. Charlie is an awful liar, I'm just confused why she would lie to me" Noah says in the interview chair.
"It's my lucky bracelet. Most people think it's childish but I've never done an audition without it and I'm not starting today." Charlie says in the interview chair.
"Why didn't you tell Noah about it?" Says the interviewer.
"People do crazy things in auditions to sabotage each other. I'm not going to tell my competition my weakness. Today he is my competition, tomorrow he can be my friend" Charlie says intensely in the interview chair.

As the last few minutes are counting down before the audition Charlie joins a few others at the ballet bar. She joins in the combo stretching back and forth.
"I'm glad I decided to take the ballet bar out, it always gives me a better stretch and helps my technique. I'm also glad because it makes me see my competition's weaknesses. Like the girl who has limited back flexibility, another bad turn out and feet, and then that's when I saw the greatest weakness of all... Superstition." Daniel says in the interview chair
Daniel looked around him and then behind him. As Charlie turned to face the other direction on the bare Daniel had finally loosened her bracelet making it fall to the ground. Charlie, too distracted with the fighting between Eldon, Michelle, and Hunter, had no clue that her good luck charm had been stolen.
"Ok, I know it was bad but I need all the advantages I can get. Charlie has all the time in the world to make A-Troupe, I don't. What's one more year?" Daniel says in the interview chair.

"Ok everyone it's time" says Miss Kate.
Everyone claps and starts walking towards Emily, Michelle, Miss Kate, and Phoebe.
"Round One auditions for the national team, who's ready?" Miss Kate says
"Auditions are going to work like this. We are going to have them each do a solo first" Phoebe says in the interview chair
"Then we cut it down to twenty. Then we go to choreography" Emily says in the interview chair
"After we do the choreography we cut it down to twelve people, which makes our nationals team" Michelle says in the interview chair
"So lets have everyone spread out to the sides so we have room for the solos" Miss Kate says
"In soloists we are looking for someone that has that wow factor. That you could throw up on the stage at nationals and it would bring the house down." Miss Kate says in the interview chair
Eldon starts his solo and Charlie reaches to rub her bracelet, but it is nowhere to be found. Her eyes fill with panic and her body starts to tense. Noah looks over and can see her hyperventilating. He turns her towards him, "Charlie what's wrong?"
She didn't respond, instead she filled with more panic.
"Charlie? What's wrong, you're never like this. I'm the one that does this." says Noah
"I don't have my bracelet. I need my bracelet. I need it Noah" she says grabbing his shoulders
"I can tell my plan is going perfectly when I look over and Charlie is going into full panic mode. She's basically 'whisper yelling' at Noah." Daniel says in the interview chair
"I don't know how to help her, she looks so scared and like she's going to cry. I don't even think she's breathing." Noah says in the interview chair
The line pushes down and it's almost Noah and Charlie's turn for their solos.
"I'm sorry I have to go, but I have a plan. Just be ready" says Noah
"Ready for what?" Charlie says confused
Noah goes onto the dancefloor and begins his solo. He starts his pirouettes and everyone cheers.
"Noah, he's so good and he's so cute. I can't believe these J-Troupers." Stephanie says in the interview chair.
As Noah's solo ends he does this big move to the floor motioning Charlie to come forward and she runs out and leaps.
"Finally as I start dancing the panic is gone, I just needed a little push or a motion in this case" Charlie says.
Charlie does her triple front aerial and everyone is going crazy and cheering her on.
"There could be a chance Noah and Charlie make A-troupe, they are a little young but we will have to see" Miss Kate says in the interview chair
"Where did they come from? They're insane" James says, shocked.
Charlie does this move with her leg in the air and snaps down to the beat, and everyone is jumping up and down.
"It's over, it's over" James said in shock of how well she was doing
Charlie finishes her dance with a front walkover towards James and he is in complete shock, almost speechless.
"Do I think Charlie can make A-Troupe. Yes!" West says in the interview chair.
Charlie walks in back of the dancers until she reaches Noah.
"You did amazing, I can't believe that..." Noah says but is interrupted with a hug from Charlie and he goes completely silent.
"Thank you" Charlie says quietly
"What was that?" Noah says messing with her.
"Don't push your luck Noah" Charlie says, giving him a scary stare.
"So my plan failed, I think she danced even better than she would have with the bracelet. And now in my opinion one of the best dancers no longer was a known weakness. What have I done?" Daniel says in the interview chair
🩰 🩰 🩰
"Ok we need to sit and think about this for a little bit. So just hang out and we'll get back to you soon. Thank you so much guys" Miss Kate says
"Going into the challenge I thought nothing and no one could top our regional team. But after seeing some of these dancers, I can't say I say the same" Emily says in the interview chair.
Michelle, Emily, Miss Kate, and Phoebe all head into Miss Kate's office to make their decision.
"There is no way we are going to be able to narrow it down to twenty, let alone twelve" Miss Kate says
"I don't know how we are going to do that" says Phoebe
"Hopefully the choreography will weed a few out" Emily says
"Oh it will" Phoebe says seriously
