Chapter 19 🍗

Harry woke up after a better sleep, still feeling bad for Draco. He didn't mean to hurt him and he really still wanted to be "friends". He went down for breakfast and Draco wasn't there. "God, I really didn't mean to hurt him"Harry thought.Once he had talked with Ron and Hermione he figured the best person to go to was Blaise, him and Draco were roommates after all.

Later on in the day Harry found Blaise and asked him "Is Draco okay?" "He's in a bad state right now, I don't know what happened, He came to bed last night and just broke down."Blaise said everything Harry didn't want to hear. "Oh it's all my fault" Harry cried "What do you mean?"Blaise responded immediatly with concern in his voice. Harry told Blaise everything, I mean thats what you do with friends , right?

"Look, Draco might be out of bed tomorrow, so why don't you invite him on another date in the astronomy tower?" Blaise said cheekily ( obvisly shipping ) "they're not dates, but I will invite him. I hope that he can forgive me " Harry said with sadness seeping into his voice. "Bye Blaise" but Blaise was already gone.

Harry walked past the potions room to see a little ant walking out from under the door. He tried to squash it mercially but once he touched the lone ant, It exploded with acidous goo spreading around his ankle and Harry rushed to the hospital wing. His ankle looking like it was mauled a wolf. As he was walking he ran into Draco, who picked him up gently and carried him the rest of the way there, Harry continuesly groaning in pain.

Harry was in the hospital wing for a few days, drifting in and out of consesness with Ron, Hermione, Draco and Blaise visiting him often. He was very thankful that Draco had carried him. Madam Pomfrey said that if he didn't Harry probably would've collapsed on the floor and Harry was wondering wether Draco liked him more than a friend, he really hoped that he did.

DRACO POV ish

Draco ran into Harry stubling to the hospital wing, acid biting at his ankle and he looked like he was about to pass out, even with a smile on his face. So Draco did what he thought was right, he picked Harry up and carried him. Best moment of his life.

Draco was planning to set up something for him and Harry tonight, Harry was just about to get realeased so Draco thought that he might make a picnic, on the top of the astronomy tower, with a warm night ahead, it would be amazing to introduce Harry to strawberries ( the most amazing food in Draco's opionion) ( another one of my friends wanted Draco to introduce Harry to strawberries ) and also just spend time with him.

He was also getting the positive feeling that Harry might just like him back so, maybe tell Harry about his feelings? Draco thought that this just might be the best night of his life ( so far ).
