Chapter 20 🍓

As Draco slipped out of the hospital wing he put a note inside Harry's hand, it read : Yay! you're getting out of the hospital wing :) Come to the Astronomy tower tonight at 8, (Don't eat much dinner ) Love, Draco :)

Draco was nervous for how this was going to go. 

HARRY POV ish

Harry was asleep until he felt a note slip into his hand, immideately he knew that it was Draco, Astronomy tower at 8? yerp. Except this time he was told not to eat much and it had a LOVE at the end, Harry's heart beat twice as fast reading it. He was very excited.

Harry decided to tell Ron and Hermione, And they were excited for him, well, at least Hermione was. Ron wasn't exactly thrilled at the thought of Harry and Draco together. He wasn't positivly against it though.

Harry ate a small dinner, not because Draco told him to but because he was so nervous. Before he knew it, it was 8. :) :) :)

Harry walked onto the very top of the Astronomy tower, where there was a light breeze and a checkered picnic blanket with a weaved basket on top. Draco greeted him with a nervous "Hello, What do you think?" "I love it buuut... what's in the basket?" Harry asked curiously. Draco opened it and inside was some ruby red strawberries, Oranges, a mini Lemon cheesecake, salad, Blueberries, blackberries and two slices of Rainbow cake. 

When Draco showed him this Harry knew that Draco liked him. And his heart burst, the only way to hide his possible tears he hugged Draco. Then they dug in and talked.

Harry was having the best ( and most delicous ) time of his life, He had found his love for strawberries and Draco, even though he hadn't admit it yet. Harry never knew that Draco cared about him this much, It was getting to 10:00 and Harry knew that he had to make his move soon before they went back to their dorms.

DRACO POV ish

Draco had suprised Harry with his rainbow picnic and he was having the best time of his life, He didn't think that Harry had caught onto the fact that rainbow represents LGBTQ+  but Harry did hug him like nothing else mattered at the start so who knows?

It was dawning on 10:00 and Draco knew that they were going back to their dorms soon and he knew that he had to tell Harry about his feelings. It was time

"Um Harry, There's a reason that I brought that I bought you up here" Draco said with the most fear in his voice that Harry had ever heard. "Don't be nervous, What is it? Harry started to get excited, "Well, I just wanted to tell you that, I've liked you since we were 12, and I've always wanted to be more than friends. Draco didn't know if Harry was about to kiss him or Punch him like Hermione did in his 3rd year, But Harry then looked Draco in the eye and kissed him.

They stayed at the top of the astronomy tower until 11:00, Hugging and telling each other about how crazy in love they were. Now to tell Hermione and Ron.
